Payam and his team did an amazing job. I got a number of quotes and service technicians to come out before I found them and I felt like I was in good hands and that I wasn't being upcharged because it was "easier" on them. They have a high level of expertise and a wonderful demeanor with how they interacted with us the entire time, helping us through an AC crisis during a terribly hot heat wave.

Mike did an excellent job! He is very kind, and knowledgeable. He kept it real with each detail with our hvac system while still making sure everything was within recommended parameters.

Easy to schedule and was able to get next day appointment for hvac tune up. I had 2 units and I was told technician will be here for 2 hours. Should get around 1 - 1.30 and will take 2 hours. The technician came little after 1. It’s 2.10 now and he already left. What was frustrating was he said there were 2 air filters that need replacement. I said I am going to get it for you right away while he was about to start checking the second unit at 1.45. I returned home at 2 pm and he was standing out of the main door with his stairs. He said I could change air filters myself. If I want him to do it then it will be 60$ extra since he took his stairs out. Unbelievable. Also said that he is getting late for his next appointment.
He hardly did anything for second unit and changed full for 2 units in one hour and had problem changing 2 air filters. Won’t recommend due to poor attitude and being unprofessional
