I have worked with the owner Todd and his Team on both residential and commercial property. The work his team does as far as landscape maintenance is very professional and the customer service has been great. I highly recommend them for landscape maintenance. They also complete snow removal at two commercial locations for me. It is done timely as needed. So if you are interested in finding a reliable and qualified vendor,I recommend Rock Water Landscaping. Thank you for what you do best.

Rock Water Farm has provided my family and myself top notch lawn care, garden care and sod installation. My mom has the weekly lawn care service package and her yard has never looked better. I had cleanup and mulching done at my own house and I was extremely impressed by the professional touches and the good clean job the team performed. Working with Rockwater is easy from scoping/surveying the job to the final execution , I highly recommend the company and plan to continue to use them for my lawn care and hardscape needs.

We have been using Rock Water Farm's services for a year, and our lawn already looks so much better. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are efficient, professional and always on time. Plus their staff is always so nice, even if we accidentally have the dogs outside when they arrive.

They just wasted our time, Mac gave us all the information, measured our Patio, quote it & after several meetings we decided to go with them so after we told them to move forward with paperwork they just ghosted us. We texted, call him even the office & they told us that they would call us & mention issues with staff getting sick. We gave them a few weeks more but it was for nothing. Not a serious company, bad communication.
My response to owners comment: We pick material from the company you said you worked with & if you weren’t able to communicate that directly with us you thought it’s better not responding to your customers… that show how SERIOUS you take your potential customers.

Highly recommend the job Rockwater Farm did on the spring clean up and mulching service. Both crews were highly efficient and meticulous in their work. They worked quickly and tirelessly through some crappy weather and the result was excellent. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've been a client of Rock Water Farm for several years now. They handle all of my lawn maintenance (mowing, weeding, lawn treatments) as well as completed two beautiful projects for me - a new, extended patio to replace our old one, and a new deck and stairs to our new patio. During the design phase, Todd had great design ideas, leveraging the natural state of our plat along with combining our modern preferences. With any large construction project there will be setbacks and shifts that happen due to unforeseen circumstances and COVID-19 delays, which Rock Water handled well. We are truly happy with the support and dedication that went into making our dream yard come true. The attention to design details and quality of work set Rock Water apart.

Our experience with Rock Water has been phenomenal! The owner, Todd, was so easy to work with. He listened attentively to our wants/needs, and we collectively came up with a great plan. My wife pointed out to me how the installers cleaned up after each day of installation. This really blew me away, because we have had multiple contractors perform work at our home in the past where a mess was typically left until the job was completed. In conclusion, this is a fantastic company, and we hope to work with them again.

We have used Rock Water Farm for all of our landscaping needs for the last 9 years. They redid the entire landscaping in our back and front yards when we built our pool many years ago and it looks amazing! They also redid our front walkway with flagstone and brick and it has really increased the curb appeal of our home. They've done quite of bit of drainage work in our yard over the last few years to redirect the water flow as well. It's worked great and we no longer have water pooling in our yard and patio, or running down our back steps. Last year, they installed a beautiful vegetable garden for us, with large stepping stones throughout the garden so we could access the vegetables without stepping on the plants. It is awesome! We continue to use them for Spring/Fall cleanup, mulching, and maintenance. I highly recommend Rock Water Farm. Their work is incredible, prices are reasonable and everyone that has come to our house has been wonderful to work with.

Excellent experience, highly recommended! We had Rock Water do a spring clean-up and their work was incredible! Perfectly crisp edging on all our beds made everything really pop. Plus they were so detailed in cleaning up the beds, shrubs, plants, and removed all the debris, leaves, and weeds that had built up over the year…was very impressed with the work! I will be using Rock Water from now on for any landscape maintence work.

Since our very first project in 2018 the Rock Water team has been phenomenal. We have been happy with the services provided and the responsiveness of the team (Todd, Nelson, Dan, Chalky, Jill, Brittany and many others). If there is ever an issue it is immediately addressed and resolved. If we have a question, we are met with an answer over and beyond expectation. Rock Water is truly our one stop shop for projects and lawn maintenance.

Our garden project was a complete success start to finish. From design to installation work was on time, performed professionally and completed exactly as designed. Could not be happier with the quality of the work and resources. I would highly recommend.

Overall, I would not recommend Rockwater Farm for landscaping or lawn services. While more expensive than their competitors, I chose them to completely revamp the landscaping in my yard with a new design based on good reviews. It went okay, however one tree was planted obviously crooked and I had to get them to come back to fix it. Another hydrangea they relocated from one part of the yard to another has never recovered (it looked dead at first, but they reassured me it was just "in shock" and would come back). It never came back fully and is at best half of what it was before they moved it.
The real issue came when I also hired them to do an overseeding of my front yard. I specifically said "FRONT" yard only, but regardless they came and did the entire yard. The problem is that my back yard (this is last Fall) was extremely damp all the time and the machine they used to do the overseeding tore huge ruts in the grass (photo), leaving bare mud behind. This obviously made me angry because I specifically told them to only do the front yard because of fear of this happening. Well, cut to the chase, SIX MONTHS later they came back to properly try to repair the damage. So yes, my yard was torn up for six months. One excuse I was given was that the lady who worked with me on the job left the company, so I guess I fell through the cracks. They also came once or twice to spread new seed, but I repeatedly told them the back yard is prone to flooding and with all the rain we had last Spring, that seed would always wash away before it took root. Finally, SIX MONTHS after they damaged the lawn and innumerable phone calls by myself, they came and tried to properly fix the lawn with seed and paper-like stuff on top to keep the seed from washing away.
Well, cut to last month (almost ONE YEAR later), and the seed they put down didn't root, the paper just sat there and got soaked and I had to tear it out and reseed the area myself. Bottom line, Rockwater never fixed the damage and never offered any compensation for the damage they caused. While they did an okay job on the landscaping, they were expensive and the work was substandard in areas. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

You won't find anyone more qualified than Rockwater Landscapes. They are professional and provide the highest level of communication and customer satisfaction. They also take the extra steps to set themselves apart from others through the level of quality and craftsmanship that goes into all their work, especially their pavilions!

I would not contact this company if you want any work done, within a few months or even at all. I first put in an online request for an estimate for some landscaping. After waiting a few weeks I had to call them myself. I think I had to wait 10 days to even get a phone consult. I then sent a bunch of photos to Margaret and she said she would mark them up and send me an estimate. After a week or so I just emailed them asking her to come out, so I could get the work done quicker. Still no word. I then called and talked to someone at the office stating my displeasure at not receiving a phone call or email and was assured Margaret would return my call that day. This was literally 2 weeks ago. I guess my measly $3k was not worth their time. To this day it has been two months and I never heard back from them. I would absolutely steer clear of this place if you ever want any work done!!!!!
No one ever reached out to me except the one phone appointment that I had. She told me there was a $5000 minimum for landscaping but I didn’t want landscaping done. The worst thing was she said she would get back to me in a day or two, so even after me emailing her and calling the company, I still never heard a word from her. This is completely unacceptable customer service

This is my second year with Rockwater Farm with the services l receive and l am very satisfied. Crews are prompt and receptive to any questions or concerns that may arise and provide follow-up in a timely and reasonable manner. Nelson has provided great assistance and is very attentive to any of my suggestions or concerns regarding our landscaping needs. He is consistent in providing solutions and is the main reason that I continue to use RWF as my primary landscaping company.

If you're looking for lawn maintenance or a large hardscape project, look no further. The team at Rock Water does an amazing job, and pays attention to every detail. We've been a customer for over 2 years now, and Rock Water has turned out backyard into our primary gathering place. When we purchased our home, the landscaping was not well taken care of after extensive work had been done years ago. Rock Water has done an amazing job at transforming it back to something that is usable and appealing.

Rock Water Farm recently completed a hardcore/landscape project for us. We were impressed by their attention to detail, also their knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing the design. The contractors were hardworking and pleasant, and it was a joy to work with them. We highly recommend their service and would call them back for any future work that we might need to have done.
