Chimney reviews in Alexandria, Virginia

We needed a wood stove because of damage to the fireplace and chimney. Rooftop did a terrific job at a reasonable price. Very professional.

Griffin is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. I very much appreciate the time he took to figure out our exact issues and come up with a multi-faceted plan for our older house with multiple fireplaces and chimneys.

I texted Rooftop at 10pm. They called me the next morning. We made a appointment as soon as possible. They came out and checked my flue in the house and the outside on the roof. I thought my outside flue pipe needed to be replaced. After the pros checked it from the outside and in the flue pipe with a camera They informed me the flue looked good at this time. They were honest. The company normally charges to inspect but since I was local they did it at there cost. I will call them if I have a problem in the future. Thank you rooftop

Dillon communicated when he was in route, was polite, thorough and gave detailed explanation of his findings. Very impressed with quality of job and knowledge.

This group cares about their work and the quality shows. Each time they work on your house they provide pictures, documentation and a very detailed and informative explanation of all tasks, labor, equipment and materials that are used.

Friendly, informed, thorough, and on time. This is what you hope for when it comes to a service tech. I wish he did more than fireplaces. Great represent live of the company.

Will was wonderful. He explained everything he found and how the two fireplace systems worked, did a very thorough job cleaning the fireplaces and didn’t leave even a single ash in the house.

We had Ernesto replace our firebox. He was knowledgeable and professional plus friendly. His team mate Josue was thorough and appeared to pay great attention to detail. I would be happy to refer them to repair your chimney.

Had a bit of confusion at first but the job was completed on time and by all appearances professionally done. Ethan was a good manager and kept me informed with each step. All of the workers were professional and very courteous. They cleaned up nicely each day and at the conclusion of work. Best wishes to all!

Rooftop chimney earned this 5 star review. Even more so MacK P. provided a thorough evaluation of the chimney, presented findings, options and answered all of our questions. The first appointment from the time we called was several weeks out, I am very happy we took it and waited. Rooftops professionalism is unmatched.

Had a great experience with Rooftop, to clean a severely glazed and damaged chimney. The estimator, Mack, was very thorough and clearly explained what was needed without any upsell pitch and Gustavo and his helper was again, right on time, very clear about what ne was doing, took great care to keep dust out of the house and efficiently take care of the work

Eric did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, explained what he found and took all precautions to keep the house clean. Thank you!
