Sage water is the contractor to replace pipes here in the condominium I have been living in for two years. They made my HVAC leaks after replacing the pipes in the unit and I have pictures to prove that it was not leaking before the project, not a single drip. They discredited the brand and said my HVAC has poor reputation but I stand firm on the fact that it wasn’t leaking before but happened after they’ve got the raising pipe replaced. They finally put some muddy to seal the connection of the drainage to the HVAC after a couple of weeks dragging onto the situation, it’s still leaking now. The worst part was the insulting comments, maybe because I am a tiny little woman, from the person in charge, that the water leaking won’t kill me as I wouldn’t be drowned as there’s a backup drainage which is a plate can hold a gallon of open water before reaching to the graining pipe located an inch above the bottom. I asked twice if they would accept it if it was their home, no one replied. I assumed these kind of projects are home improvements instead of leaving me in the annoying situation and stressing me out checking the room a few times a day. I am not paying to fix other’s lousy work. The project itself costs the residents 5 million dollars and I am one of them paying the lousy project too.

The group replaced all the plumbing in the apartment complex i live in. The workers and supervisors were super friendly but most important super efficient! They were friendly and really care about my home and taking care of it .They covered every thing every day they came in and cleaned it up each evening before they left. I would recommend SageWater highly for any project they undertake. I met the owner before the crew arrived and he set the level for his employees to attain and they met that goal. Couldn't ask for better.

    This company is great!
In 2010 I had my home re-piped to eliminate the polybutylene pipes, the work was warrantied.
Fast forward to a week ago and I have a drip, drip, drip in the walls at the shower on the 2nd floor. Damaged the drywall, of course.
Called Sagewater, they took a look and said yep, they'll take care of it, all under warranty and the work was done today.
Gotta like a company that keeps its word and works fast and well.
    Well done!

    Amazing job!
Day one: all the plumbing in every room was replaced
Day two: inspection, drywall; and paint (with textured walls and ceiling) finished completely in roughly 8 hours.
They covered everything with plastic to contain the dust, they matched the texture and paint perfectly, and they cleaned up before they left.

I had some concerns before the project started and Victor came right over to do a walk through and discuss the project. They are great with communication and timing.

This company has been completely dishonest and has lost my trust , the gentlemen who came to help was not only disrespectful but tried to charge me for unnecessary work that I did not need to be done. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Avoid SageWater!!! They were contracted by our Hyde Park condominium in Arlington, VA to replace riser pipes that connected our convectors. Nice people but extremely sloppy work. Screwed up two areas of my studio condo and lied about it. I repeat...Extremely sloppy and poor quality work. I should have never let them get away with what they did to my unit!

Staff will not wear shoe covers during work, leaving dirty shoe prints on your carpet. The staff will not vacuum up any of the drywall dust they leave behind, even after cutting 2’x3’ holes in your walls and ceiling, and leaving them for multiple nights. The staff will break personal items in your home and not take accountability until backed into a corner. Staff broke a picture frame, we brought it up to Tim, who agreed after much discussion on a number, then paid half the amount agreed upon.

This company is terrible. They replaced the pipes in our condominium complex after which I had two broken toilets and a broken hot water heater. Just to have a normal life again, I had to spend $20,000. These people are incompetent, they buy poor quality pipes and attachments, and they lack accountability in any way that should be standard for any decent company. Do not hire them.

The crew who came through our place caused clear damages including breaking a light and denting a table. Shards of glass were still on the table when we came home. A wire was cut in our kitchen which our property manager witnessed but the company denied (they later did fix it). A can light was hanging from a wire. Less importantly but still notable, they also did a poor job cleaning. Our mirrors were dirty with hand and finger prints. The spackle job looks rushed and is rather lumpy in places. There was paint on our mirrors, spackle on our bath fixtures, paint overspray on cabinets, a pile of drywall dust on our patio, and a broken screen door handle (some of which they denied was their doing).

I expected follow up from them, but I had to reach out to them about these issues, and although they have been somewhat responsive, it seems shocking that I had to be the one to mention it and have been the one pushing for the issues to be fixed. I figured at the least I would alert the PM here and all would be addressed. It’s been 6 weeks and we still don’t have a light over our dining room table.

Repiping is an intrusive process that I hoped would be over quickly. They have come back in after our walk through three additional times to fix things. It’s disappointing that we still have unresolved issues. The attached photos are from today (more than a month after walk through).

I can tell be the number of walk through sheets on other peoples doors that the process has been longer than expected for others in our condominium also.

This company is currently replacing pipes at my apartment complex and it has been a nightmare for all the residents.

The crew had to move personal items around to access the pipes. Which makes complete sense! No problem with that. But, it appears certain things may have been snagged or knocked down during their work and no efforts were made to fix the situation. My key rack and poster was ripped off the walls, neither of them near pipes.

When I came home, after the first day of their piping, I came home to PEE in my toilet. At this point, it had simmered all day until I came home. So, the bathroom smelt quite used. I went to flush it, and boom. The toilet doesn’t work. Worked fine before they started repiping the toilet that day. Since they began their work on a Friday, I had to go all weekend without a toilet.

Monday, I left the crew a nice note asking if they could fix the toilet. I came home to it crumbled up. They did not fix the toilet.

After some days, they “fixed” the walls they had to cut into to access the pipes. All the walls now look atrocious. The paint job is awful, to the point of confusion. I only took pictures of one wall (this room has the best lighting). But the random areas of splotchy odd textured paint is all throughout my home now.

Also, my shower curtains somehow got ruined in the process. Not sure how since I had them pulled all the way to the side (and folded over the beam). Not a biggie, but sucks.

I feel pretty bummed, I would hope people would have a bit more courtesy entering someone’s home.

Worst customer service around. I’ll stick with Lowe’s.

Receiving is a joke. Can’t get any service to get unloaded with their product.

Had a very good experience with the purchase and installation of a new carpet. All thanks to the store employee Fatima from the flooring department.

The installation subcontractor was also great, on time, and very professional.

    Thank you all very much!

Horrible the supervisor does her best to do the least. I asked for her name to complain and she called the police after refusing to give it to me. I video taped it and took pictures. She accused me of stealing a thermostat over christmas cause I couldn't find the receipt. I was a customer at that location for 2 years. I always got along with everyone. I'd like to add it wasn't anyone else's fault. Just her. Shes the problem not the solution

I wouldn't recommend you consumers to consider of this company. The agent came to your house and the way he wanted to sell HVAC is exactly you go to dealer to purchase a car. I felt very ridiculous to negotiate from $5700 to $4000. He accepted and pushed you to take action next day. Come on HD could do better than that. How in the world I had to negotiate the price to install HVAC as I negotiated with salesman. Give a me break. I would recommend not to let the HVAC agent to come to your house otherwise you may have very difficulty to get him out of the house.

Do not order granite countertops from this Home Depot. They sub-contract the countertop work through a company called "counterintelligence countertops" (CIACountertops for short). CIACountertops has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Home Depot told us we'd hear from them in 2 business days. 5 business days later I finally heard from them because I had to CALL THEM. Let me also mention that Home Depot requires you to pay up front. So, their business policy is to take your money, then toss you aside so they can swipe the next guy/gal's credit card. Our experience with CIACountertops has been atrocious and we would never recommend them to anyone we cared about. Try to find a Home Depot that does not subcontract to them. It makes sense though - they get a high volume of contracts from Home Depot, so customer service isn't a high priority on their code of ethics or morals.

Terrible store. Avoid any and all services offered, no matter how good they look. Had a mild kitchen refresh done and was sold by their kitchen counter department. All incompetent. They inputted our accurate dimensions incorrectly so quoted a good price. Upon delivery, the price doubled due to their error. When confronted, they lied and blamed it on us. Do not trust them and their untrained kitchen department staff. They lied to the regional manager to cover their mistake (one they admitted to over the phone numerous times) and then to the BBB when a complaint was filed. Classic dishonest bait and switch.

Pretty terrible experience. Spend the extra money to get service elsewhere.

I ordered expensive blinds through the Home Depot as they were hundreds cheaper then specialty shops, I wish I had paid the extra money. The blinds were delivered ~6 weeks late due to some miss communication between Home Depot and their supplier. However Home Depot never did ANYTHING to correct it, I had to continuously call the store, supplier, and Home Depot cooperate offices.

After I finally received the blinds, they are the wrong size (to long to fit in the window sill) and the were installed at an angle and not flush with the window frame. However my experience with the store was so bad, I do not want to engage them in order to fix it.

Home Depot promises a lot but when they get your money they do not care about providing services. The store took no responsibility and kicked the can down the road.

I would have paid double the price for these blinds to get them done right, without all the hassle.

I had to delivery here when I got here there whole back of the store full of pallets of mulch. There was Zero room for me to maneuver my full size tractor trailer into a dock. What I tried talking to the people in the back they start running their mouth saying I see other drivers do it and I must be new or not know how to drive. Granted there is for Docs however they are particular on which doc I was too back to. The most rudest people I've ever encountered.
