Worse Ferguson I've been to. Customer service is awful. 1 person at the counter line is long been waiting for 30 mins. Very unprofessional

I had a truly exceptional experience at the Ferguson Plumbing Supply branch on General Washington Drive in Springfield, VA, thanks to Daniel Procter. His customer service skills are second to none. I came in to purchase fittings for a Combi boiler, which can often be a tedious and time-consuming process. However, Daniel made the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable.

He systematically plugged in each fitting, demonstrating impressive product knowledge—rattling off part numbers from memory with ease. His efficiency was matched by a jovial and genial demeanor that made the transaction surprisingly fun to endure. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile: he offered to locate a visual mat outlining the fittings, which would have been especially helpful for one of our newer office employees. He even took the time to search for an extra mat, although none were available at the time.

Despite that, I left feeling thoroughly impressed by Daniel’s dedication, professionalism, and good humor. In a world where rising material costs can leave you watching the subtotal climb with clenched teeth, Daniel’s upbeat attitude and attentive service made all the difference. I would happily return to this branch just to receive the same level of care and entertaining conversation.

I needed a specific brass pipe cap cover to fix a broken water pipe, but Home Depot didn't have the part. Someone suggested I try Ferguson, a store I wasn't familiar with. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful; he explained they usually sell only the entire pipe assembly, not the cap separately. To my surprise, he simply gave me a similar cap cover free of charge. Thanks to his generosity, my plumbing issue was quickly resolved.
