Joseph, Richard and Herbert were all very responsive, attentive and respectful of my space. They were punctual and communicative. I had an emergency job needed and Len came out right away and set up an appointment to fix the next available day. The project took a lot longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances with how my home’s pipes are set up, and they really took their time to investigate, evaluate and come up with an approach that ensures the safety and integrity of the other pipes surrounding the water line. They always took their time to communicate and help me understand the scope, the proposed solution, and the work performed. I am glad that I called Len the Plumber for this job!

Charged $375 for "difficult access". Look at the attached pic. The first floor hallway is in the right edge of the pic, and the valve that was replaced was just inside the door frame. Literally the easiest access you could ask for a plumbing job.

Alex from Len the Plumber of Alexandra VA, did excellent and timely work. In less than 90 minutes he expertly fixed my leaks by installing new valves in difficult to reach locations. Cost was very reasonable and the work looked great along with cleaning up behind himself. Alex was courteous and friendly and did a great job finding another small leak and repairing it with a simple tightening of some screws for free. Thank you Len the Plumber.
