Outstanding service - highly recommend. My Samsung refrigerator started leaking a week before closing on the sale of my house. I had nightmares of having to buy a brand new fridge for the buyers. The repairman was pleasant and professional, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it in short order, for a very reasonable price. Great company!

Our oven decided to stop heating. I called appliance repair services first thing on the morning. They schedule a technician to come out the same day. Omar was amazing, he diagnosed and fixed the oven with 15 minutes. High recommended.

Our dryer was running, but not heating up. We called Appliance Repair Services this morning and within two hours, Omar was out to fix our dryer. He installed a new heating element and it’s up and running now. We are grateful for the prompt, professional service and will definitely use them again when in need.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The technician arrived as planned and even called when he was 10 minutes out. He knew within a minute what the problem was with our freezer. He had to order a new fan for our GE refrigerator/freezer, but came back and installed it in a few days. Very affordable, considering the cost of a new fridge. Initial diagnostic fee was rolled into the final cost which was less than $400. He even replaced a burned out bulb and didn’t charge us. Highly recommended!

I was told by another company that I would need a new drum and it would cost anywhere from $400.00-$600.00 depending on the damage to my dryer. After 2 weeks of rescheduling and having the price increase, I was looking into buying a new dryer but decided to try Appliance Repair Services. I called on a Holiday, was scheduled for the following day, repairs for the bracket were less than $280.00, the technician was on time, he didn't make me feel like I was stupid, explained everything to me, and was finished in less than an hour. I'm going to refer this company to everyone I know because of the professionalism and because they are honest. I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. If you're looking for a company that won't steal from you, that knows what they are doing, and have exceptional customer service, look no further. This company is a rare find. Technician was able to come out within the hour to service our refrigerator. He quickly identified the issue and showed me what needed to be fixed and gave the price. He was very courteous and got our refrigerator working in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Omar's service for several appliances I have for my house and my rental properties. His service is superior, always provides quick response and arrives on time. A technician arrived within a couple hours of me sending an email. He was very nice, took the proper safety precautions, and explained everything thoroughly before getting started. I especially love that he didn’t push any unnecessary work (as many big company techs are told to do). It’s never cheap to get an appliance fixed, but this was certainly money well spent!

Very pleased. Omar called me right back to hear the details and set a time to come. He correctly diagnosed the problem and brought the necessary replacement piece. He arrived on time and finished the repair in 20 minutes, (including the time to find my refrigerator water shut off valve). Professional, polite, efficient, thoughtful. Also gave us advice to avoid a recurrence of the problem and other relevant tips.

They answered the phone on a Saturday at 7:30am. Omar was on time, contacted me ahead of the time to make sure he came with the right parts, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it immediately. It was expensive, but I was impressed that everything was resolved the same day.

Called them the afternoon before and was able to get someone over next day. Tech arrived within the 3 hour window promised. He was able to diagnose the error code issue with my washer quickly. It was a broken door switch, had the new part in his van and installed in less than 15 minutes. Satisfied with the service and able to get my washer back up and running.

Great Service! I usually don't leave reviews, but Omar was really impressive. I had tried to fix the ice maker by looking it up on YouTube, but after two replacement parts, it still didn't work. Omar came in and looked at it and within 2 minutes knew the problem and fixed it. The ice maker started working before he left. Very reasonable price as well! Thanks for the help!

This company was responsive and fixed my problem quickly and at a good price. Omar, the tech, showed up on time, worked quickly and courteously, and gave me good advice on whether to repair my dishwasher. The company also had the part I needed in stock, and my dishwasher was up and running within 24 hours of their showing up to assess the problem. Definitely recommend using this company.

Really appreciated how responsive they were! Omar was able to come out the same day we called, to check out why our oven had stopped working. Quickly ordered parts, and then came out to finish the repair the day the parts came in. Omar was knowledgeable and courteous, and kept us informed throughout. Omar helped me figure out that my dishwasher simply needed a good cleaning to work better. While he was here I asked him to take a look at my icemaker. I had recently had a new one installed by another repair service and the automatic function no longer worked - I had to put up the handle manually to stop the machine from making more ice when the tray was full. The other repair technician had given me a long story about how my original Whirlpool icemaker model was no longer available. Omar quickly pulled up the model on his phone and transparently showed me the prices. He also figured out that the first technician had installed a Frigidaire icemaker into my Whirlpool refrigerator and done some creative re-wiring. I was able to get a partial refund from the first technician who had sold me the wrong model and promptly hired Omar to do the job right this time. I am sticking with Omar and Appliance Repair Services for their honesty. I am happy with the service, but just as importantly I trust they will be honest.

Omar is very professional and knowledgeable. This was the second time he repaired our dryer (for separate issues), the repair was done expertly. Since he had to mostly disassemble the unit to reach to faulty part, he diligently cleaned all the lint that had accumulated inside the unit over the least few years. He also re-lubricated all the rollers as a preventative maintenance. I fell like many tech would just replace the faulty part and not address items that had not yet failed.

I have used their services twice. Several years ago for my stove, and today for my refrigerator.
They do great work and explain what they are doing as they do the job.
When they fix something, it stays fixed!
I worry about repairmen coming in my home. I wonder if they will be honest, competent, and charge a fair amount. I do not worry about this company. They check every box.

Appliance Repair Services came to fix the front-load washing machine that came with my new home. It had a significant amount of mold on the gasket that no amount of cleaning would get rid of, so Appliance Repair Services ordered the replacement part and came to install it as soon as it arrived. Omar was very nice, very fast, professional... And he showed me how to maintain the washer and dryer so that he won't have to make a second trip!

I highly recommend Appliance Repair Services and plan to use them the next time I need a repairman - which hopefully won't be for a long time. :)

Omar is fabulous.
A courteous professional on the phone, Omar gave a candid review of our situation with a Jenn Air cooktop and scheduled our appointment for the soonest available time. Omar himself was our technician for this appointment, and it was nice to meet him in person. He was competent, polite, tidy, and communicative as he worked. Total bill was very reasonable.
He and his colleagues work on all major appliances. We are definitely keeping this contact handy!
