I called Maria on a Wednesday and they came Thursday morning early. They did a deep cleaning and left my house in great condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their house thoroughly cleaned.

I've used Best Quality Cleaners since 2018. I originally found them on Angie's list. They always did a decent job (not great) but was decent for the price and once a month cleaning.

The big issue I always had with them was their timing. They were either always late or way to early. Their owner was usually pretty good about working around my schedule, and I would typically get a text the day before confirming my availability.

Unfortunately this last month is where it ended. I received a text message about 1 hour after the cleaners left telling me I was being charged for a deep cleaning. When I asked why I was told I was in need of a deep cleaning. When I asked what was considered a deep cleaning I was told lots of extra dust.

The cleaning ladies were at my place for 1 hour and 25 minutes, which is slightly less time then they usually are, so not sure what they actually deep cleaned. Also when I sent a picture of return vent covered in dust, I didn't get any response. This was literally the last time I heard from them.

Time to move onto a new company.

I found this cleaning service on Angie’s List. Initially there were no problems and the service was good. Then they started being late, very late. Up to two hours late multiple times. They kept making excuses like they got backed up at another house or it was due to the holidays. Although the service was good and they fixed anything that I asked for, they did not respect me or my time. I do not want good service when people are late and don’t respect my time.

They clean very thoroughly pay attention to details. I am very happy with the cleaning service.

After reviewing various services, I decided to go with Best Quality Cleaners. 3+ years later I have to say we have never been disappointed. The house is immaculate when they leave the extra fine touches they make throughout the home are amazing and the workers are extremely courteous and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this service and would highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a service that is: 1) extremely thorough, very flexible and accommodating, and surprisingly very cost effective.
