Bermon Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. He was delightful to talk to- he was quick and extremely thorough. Our carpets look excellent and I sleep better knowing they are as clean and sanitized! Pet stains and teen stains GONE! Highly recommend!

This is definitely the way to go for carpet cleaning. I had my whole place done and even though there was a pretty rough area by the entryway, Marco made the carpet look almost brand new again. He was friendly, helpful, efficient, and very effective. The pricing was reasonable, not much more than renting a cleaner and doing it myself, and he did a much better job than I ever could have. The carpet looks and feels fantastic, I’m so happy with it.

Marco did an incredible job cleaning carpet in several rooms that was heavily stained before he took care of it. It came out looking like new, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I been using Bermon Carpet cleaning for Years! They has been doing my carpet since I owned my first home. However I never really reviewed him. So here we go.

Customer service.
Marco is the primary go-to guy on these jobs. When you call him up he is all about his schedule. Meaning he does not put you before others already on his schedule. He will even call you before he arrives just go remind or if you need to reschedule. He is on time and if Kate called you.

Pricing.
Marco has all deodorizers included. Protectant is an add-on if you want it. His prices are reasonable for today's market.

Service.
Marco is a personable person and he puts people first. It's important that you get quality service from him. When he comes to do your house he lets you know what furniture he can move and what he is going to go around due to the carpet not drying when he puts it back. He will walk your spaces and pick up chairs and other objects that will be I. His way. He always leaves the house smelling clean and fresh. If there is a problem always talk to Marco and he will do his best to make it right.

Marco was great and did an amazing making my colorful off white rug bright again! He picked up the phone immediately and gave a comparable quote. Took the rug the same day, and returned it about a week later.

When he returned it, the rug was beautiful and in like new condition. He repaired several stains from dogs to small children and foot traffic. It really looked amazing.

Also, Marco was on time for the return and helped me move furniture to put the rug back in place which was very kind of him.

We were searching for a carpet cleaner in Google and had the fortune to find Marco’s business. We decided to hire him based on several positive reviews, and now we can share our own very positive experience. Marco was punctual, very professional and efficient. He was thorough and finished the job in a very reasonable time. We were very pleased with the results. One of the main reasons we needed our carpet cleaned was that my daughter has bad allergy to cat dander, and we did notice that her allergies improved after the cleaning.
