Alex was able to remove stains that I was certain would never come out. In addition to doing a great job, he was extremely professional and patient. Some of those stains were quite stubborn and the amount of time and attention to detail that he showed really paid off.

Alex was wonderful. I was moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment and my cleaning person cancelled last minute. Alex immediately picked up my phone and I was able to get an appointment last minute. He showed up on time and walked me through everything he was going to do. He was very transparent with his pricing and I am very appreciative of that. Alex is the real deal! I have cats and while they don't pee anywhere they're not supposed to, even I can't escape the occasional hair ball or cat puke. Alex worked extra hard trying to get strains out and hitting all the edges of my carpet to pick up the cat hair that invariably gets lodged there. His rates are easily the most reasonable around. Can't wait to have him come again in the fall.
