Alex get back to you so quickly! Works quickly & efficiently. He has been able to lift hard set in stains. He also follows up to make sure everything looks good after drying. He even offers to come back and work any tough stains. Much better quality work & pricing than Staley steamers.

Our carpets look amazing. Alex arrived at the appointed time and worked very efficiently. He explained how he would be cleaning our carpets and went into detail on the spot cleaning. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Surplus Carpet Cleaning. A+ and 5 stars.

I had a great experience with Surplus Carpet Cleaning. Alex was able to fit me in quickly and was very accommodating with scheduling, which I really appreciated. He was also extremely kind and respectful of my home—he even wore protective covers over his shoes.
Most importantly, he did an excellent job. My carpets look so much cleaner. I also felt that the pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Surplus Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable and professional carpet cleaning.
