When my husband and I were ready to have a new deck built, we requested quotes from 3 separate companies. We chose the one provided by Bill as it was obvious of his attention to detail in the itemization of what would be done and with what products. He commenced work and all along the way, he showed professionalism. His crew did a wonderful job, and cleaned up each day. My husband is a perfectionist and he was so impressed with them that toward the end of the project, he barbequed 2 pork butts with all the fixings for them to enjoy. Bill cared about customer service and was always available to answer questions and came to check up on the work regularly. Years later we were in need of post end caps and bases that broke shoveling during the winter storm and he was there to offer assistance. We would definitely recommend him and his company Strategic Construction for similar projects.

Sean was great. Incredibly responsive and accommodating to make sure the work gets done to your satisfaction. He even took care of a few small side things to help make sure the work got done in a very timely manner. After meeting with a few vendors, their pricing was very reasonable — and Sean’s responsiveness and willingness to get the job done put them over the top. Lastly, the crew that did the concrete work was very efficient. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for concrete and hardscaping work.

We couldn’t be happier with our new paver patio. From the start, Strategic Construction impressed us — they were quick to provide a quote and got the project underway faster than we expected. Sean was fantastic to work with. He really listened to our ideas, helped us refine the design, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for— or, in this case, even more. Strategic Construction just built a new deck for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the process and outcome. They came and gave us an estimate quickly, pulled all the permits we need, and scheduled the build as soon as possible to accommodate other construction needs we had. Sean handled the whole thing, and was very communicative with us throughout. I would recommend this company for any deck building needs.

So far… awesome! I found this company on thumbtack. I messaged them on a weekend and I believe it was the owner who replied to me the next day over the weekend, which impressed me. He told me somebody would be reaching out to me very shortly to coordinate and sure enough, Sean texted me. He came to the house for a free estimate exactly when I needed him to and checked in to let me know when he would be there. He was prompt and very courteous. I liked that I asked him to text me when he parked so that I could come out to meet him because my dogs are not fond of unexpected knocks at the door. He didn’t try to oversell me anything or talk any marketing extras— he got straight to the point and gave me options for what I needed. He was a second quote that I got for a deck project I’m looking at. The first company I got a quote from, I could tell was going to rip me off and wanted to tear down my whole deck instead of just fixing a few boards and adding privacy lattice like I want. Sean didn’t do anything like that. I feel good about the project and will report back with the pics of the finished project in May. So far, 10/10 with communication and courtesy, skillset (I looked at their Instagram and other pictures on Google… I really like that they have a wider array of projects that they have done so if they do good work for me with this deck project, I can use them for other types of ideas that I’d like to do to my house), and timing. They are able to do what I need and when, at a fair and reasonable price :) can’t wait to get this deck done! Yay! Thanks, Bill & Sean!

After years of hating our backyard and searching Pinterest we finally got serious about a backyard including deck replacement with water system to enable an under deck entertainment area, stamped patio and fence replacement. I researched deck, patio and fence companies for months and although we received various quotes not one of them would perform all the work we were looking to do and none of them offered alternative ideas to help make our vision a reality until… we met Bill. Bill took our ideas and delivered beyond our expectations at an affordable price. There was NO PRESSURE at any time to add “this or that”and Bill was on site every day. I can’t adequately explain how thankful we were that Bill removed all burdens including a return trip one evening when a neighbor was having concerns regarding the fence construction. Dynamic Rennovations takes pride in their work and their clients are not numbers. Our backyard overhaul transformed our home making it look years younger and modern. My main focus was the under deck area and I told Bill over and over that I didn’t care about the deck - He took that as a challenge and his words to me were “we are going to build a deck that you are going to love and you will care about it”. He couldn’t have been more right. I love it all but the deck is by far my favorite! We have many projects on the “wish list” and will not use anyone besides Dynamic Rennovations moving forward, it’s a different level of customer service and you don’t know what you have been missing until you work with Bill and his teams. Bill saved our screen porch when it tried to fall over. It was as dramatic and risky a project as it sounds. He was confident, honest, and played by all the county rules without complaint. His pricing was competitive to other quotes we got. The quality of his work is excellent. Most of all, Bill is great at his job and treats his customers like he would treat his own family. He started out as our contractor and became our friend. If that isn’t a ringing endorsement I don’t know what is!

2024 - Bill Zana and his amazing crew did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation project! We appreciated their suggestions immensely, helping us to decide to remove a wall, relocate the sink and arrange the new layout for maximum storage. Sean and Will did a fantastic job refurbishing our deck. We are very happy with their workmanship and the final product. They even made a custom cat-portal in the railings for the outdoor cat that frequently drops by at breakfast and dinner.

We were given Bill’s name after our prior contractor failed to do the job. Many contractors were reluctant to take on the job because of the unknown issues and failed inspections, but Bill said he would do it. He was great to work with and used his knowledge, experience, and ideas to turn around a failed deck and screened in porch project to give us a fantastic outdoor space.
