We interviewed a few contractors for our deck job, and immediately Bill stood out as authentic, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and passionate. We knew we had to have him and his crew build us our new deck - and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Weather delays threw off our timeline a bit, but that was out of their control. Bill and his crew went above and beyond to complete our project - including making sure the construction site was secure and clean of debris for a birthday party at our house when the timeline got shifted. They also built us a custom paver landing that went well above what we had previously discussed. Also at the beginning of the project, Bill made a custom piece for our sliding doors to make sure our toddler could safely watch the work being done. Of course the finished deck is amazing, but I also love that I have so many examples of him and his team going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

The team at Strategic Construction is professional and extremely thorough. The quality of work is top notch and they do not cut corners. I’m so relieved to have finally found a dedicated and caring contractor. If you want peace of mind with your next project, I strongly recommend hiring them!

I always interview multiple companies before I hire anyone. Every contractor I spoke to was either over charging, didn't listen or was trying to convince us to do something we didn't want, until Bill at Strategic Construction. Bill came over, listened, engaged with us, answered all our questions and was not pushy.
Bill and his team installed a new stamped concrete patio (approx 575 sq ft) and Fiberon stairs with dusk to dawn lights. Bill was professional throughout the process and handled every issue with ease (like the 8in thick concrete patio they had to demo when the average is 4in, and the rotted wood under our siding where we were attaching our new stairs ). "Just another day when working outdoors" was Bills response with a smile on his face. His work ethic is off the charts which I feel is rare anymore and he has assembled a team of people who clearly respect him, enjoy working together and have the same work ethic that he does. He also had of ton patience for all of my questions (and there were many). We have a list of future house projects that need to get completed and for the first time in my life, I won't be calling multiple companies...I will be calling Bill, at Strategic Construction.

Sean and his team at Strategic Construction did an outstanding job on our patio, fence, and the new enclosure for our back deck. From start to finish, the experience was seamless — Sean was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work.

We’re so glad we hired Strategic Construction Incorporated for our backyard project. They demolished our old deck and built a beautiful new paver patio with stairs, drainage, and a dry well. The project took about two weeks, with a slight delay due to weather, but they kept us informed every step of the way.

We found them through a referral from a former neighbor and chose them after hearing positive reviews from several others in our area. Sean, in particular, was great to work with—very responsive, clear in his communication, and always willing to answer our questions.

We loved the deck that Strategic Construction built for us years ago that they were the first contractor we called when we wanted to build a custom playground/fort. Bill was optimistic that his crew could take on the project and they absolutely crushed it! Sean and Bill are incredibly hard working and their entire crew follows suit.
