Bill and his team are the best!! We were looking for a better solution for our backyard and working with Bill made it so easy. We ended up with the backyard oasis we’ve always wanted. Bill and his team rebuilt and extended our deck adding steps AND put in a stamped concrete patio as well. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and have been enjoying it constantly since it was finished. Don’t hesitate to call on Bill for your next project!

We have worked with Bill on several projects over the years, including a deck, patio, basement, and most recently, a full kitchen remodel. Each time, Bill has exceeded our expectations with his teams’ craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to communication.

I could not recommend Strategic Construction enough. I sent in my request to have a deck built on the side of my home, Thursday. Sean came out the same day, priced it out and started Friday. He worked through the weekend and completed my project Sunday. The entire process was great. They are extremely communicative, take pictures and videos constantly sending updates. We had Strategic Construction replace our deck and screened porch (over 30 years old) that was falling apart and also all the trim on our house that was rotted (not a small job!). We received Bill's name from a co-worker who used his company for their screen porch and she gave a glowing review of his work. We are so happy we used Strategic Construction. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bill. He had creative and wonderful ideas throughout the project. He was responsive to texts and provided excellent updates throughout the project. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Our new deck/porch is gorgeous!!!! We absolutely love our new deck and screened porch and with the heaters he installed, we will use it almost year-round. We highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

The team at Strategic Construction is awesome. Bills teams are on time, clean and respectful. We are thrilled with our sunroom and patio and spend all of our free time in it. Bill made some suggestions to make the room more functional and we are so glad we took his advice. The quality is first rate and their follow up is fantastic. As with all jobs, there are minor things that needed to be fixed after the job was finished. Bill and his team were available and quickly got out to make repairs. I highly recommend these guys.

Strategic Construction handled a number of projects for me this summer, they put up new black shutters in one day, they installed new LED lighting in my garage, but most of all they installed a dedicated line for a ceiling heater in my garage. I had wanted this heater for years and Bill recommended one. All the projects were handled with A+ service on time and at budget. I highly recommend Bill and his team and will for sure be using them again.

Bill and his crew are outstanding! They took down a 30 year old deck that was rotting, and replaced it with a gorgeous deck, screened porch and patio area. They were clean, always professional, showed up on time and the craftsmanship was phenomenal! I’d highly recommend Bill for any project that you want done right.

Strategic Construction just repaired/re-laid patio pavers. They pulled up pavers, leveled area and were able to reuse the previous pavers. Big thank you to Sean for telling me this was an option during the initial consultation and to Mario and Alfredo for their outstanding workmanship. Would highly recommend them.

Bill has a designer eye and lots of experience in all facets of the construction process. He presented us with an amazing plan for a custom deck and patio. While it took a long time to deal with the weather, getting custom materials, and getting workers to come out, the end result is amazing. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and professionalism of the crew. Highly recommend!!

First off I am giving Strategic Construction Inc.a 5 stars. If there's 10 I would give it to them. Sean and his team Alfredo, Mario and Franklin did an excellent job on a stamped patio that my wife and I are gifting to our son and his wife Melanie. William Zanna or Bill as they call him came to check the area where we want the patio constructed. He seem very knowledgeable so I was impressed with his presentation. Our son and his wife have been talking with several contractors for a patio. I told Melanie to give Bill a call which she eventually did. Bill sent Sean to do the details and scope of the job and preliminary estimate of $8,500.00. Sean told us that he will present the details to Bill and Bill will email Melanie the contract with the final price. Several days past and we haven't heard from Bill so I texted him to send Melanie the contract lso I will be able to see the final price since I am paying for it and he knew that when we first met. I asked him to reply on my text but he never did. Few days past and no contract so I started calling other companies. Finally the contact was emailed to Melanie by Claudia Zanna the mother of Bill Zanna the owner. I told my son not to sign the contract because Bill the owner is showing a bad sign by ghosting me. If they don't have the interest to get our business then I'm not spending my money to them. If they are hard to get in touch now what more when we paid them and we have a problem with their work. My son said it's your call dad but Melanie and I like Sean. I said ok I like Sean too so from now on we should be dealing with Sean and not with Bill. We are so glad we did and we love the stamped patio with nice design and color. Bill Zanna if you are reading this please take note your company almost lost your business with us if not for Sean. Our 1940's Cape Cod style home was in need of repairs & restoration. Bill understood we wanted to retain the original character of our home and skillfully integrated modern materials that provided increased efficiency but blended seamlessly with the original features. His team are all craftsmen of their trades, who treated both our home and property with respect & always left the work site neat & clean. We are extremely pleased with the results and have plans to undertake a second project in the near future. We highly recommend Strategic Construction.

The team I worked with was professional, punctual, and attentive to my vision. From the initial consultation to the final sealing, they walked me through every step, ensuring the design-a beautiful pattern my townhome's aesthetic.
The quality of the work is outstanding. The patio is level, durable, and the stamped finish adds a high-end look without breaking the bank. They handled all the permitting and HOA approvals with Brambleton seamlessly, which saved me a lot of hassle. The project stayed within the estimated budget
