I have never used a cleaning service before, but found myself a bit overwhelmed in the process of moving. Patricia and her team were available to come the day after I called and did a fantastic job with a move out service on my one room and bathroom. They were also incredibly nice, and very quick (not that I was timing them!) If I ever need cleaning services again, I'll definitely be calling them again.

APS was great to work with cleaning my home for an event! They were professional, so polite and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with their attention to detail in the rooms where I told them there would be high traffic. I will be calling them again in the future and recommend them!

I just had an awful experience with the company and wanted to share. I contacted the APS Home cleaning services for a quote of a moving-out cleaning. Someone contacted me back quickly and guided me with the available time and I was informed that the service fee will be only paid by cash which I was okay with.
The cleaning was scheduled at 10 am. Patricia showed up at 10:40 - I don't live here since it's a rental property, so I was waiting for quite a while. Okay, traffic can happen in NOVA. But no apology for being late or anything. Alright, again, let's move on.

Attached is a picture from their website about what to expect for a move-out cleaning. When I asked about how the process would be, she said they don't do deep cleaning nor wall cleaning even though the website says so. When I mentioned the web, she looked at me like I'm making a story up. The carpet cleaning is just vacuuming. To top if off, the service fee will be paid upfront. I asked if I could speak someone from the company to ask why it was not discussed before hand. She said she's not the owner, so she doesn't know why it is how it is, and she refused to let me talk with someone other than her from the company. She cut me off every sentence I spoke. I waited. When I asked her if I could speak with someone to ask why it wasn't discussed the third time, she said she would have to leave. She took a picture of my kitchen and left. I have no other comment but for anyone who wants to use their service to be aware this. I know everyone is different but clear communication and respecting someone's time is No. 1 to me, so it was an extremely disappointing experience.

I texted Patricia last minute for a “move-out” cleaning. I had previously paid for a “deep clean” with another company and was very disappointed. She fit me in her schedule as soon as possible, made sure she understood my expectations and did a great job! She and her team were in and out quickly and efficiently. She even had me walk around the house and make sure I was satisfied! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had just moved into a new home which seemed clean at first. While attempting to move stuff in, we noticed the previous tenants failed to do any sort of proper cleaning, the carpets were gross, kitchen cabinets and appliances were FILTHY, dust everywhere, and the place just sort of had a smell to it. We were uncomfortable with continuing to move stuff in so we took it upon ourselves to deep clean the house. We both quickly became exhausted after a couple days because we both also had to work.

We decided to hire a cleaning company and came across APS. I had a conversation with Patricia about what we needed done and the price was reasonable. Patricia and her crew did great! They shampooed the carpets as requested and cleaned everything up! My girlfriend and I didn't feel gross walking around our new home and could finally continue moving our stuff in.

We were looking for a cleaning service to help while we recovered from surgery. Patricia was amazingly easy to work with and responded immediately to our questions - we were not working with a corporate sales office in a different city - instead, we were able to get all our questions answered immediately by her. She quickly visited our house and worked up a plan to get us through our recovery that included the flexibility to continue as long as we needed on a week by week decision.

Patricia and her team of 3 did a during-construction cleaning on our house. There was dust in every nook and cranny and they did an excellent job removing it, even going over some surfaces twice. Our construction company arranged for the cleaning, but I wanted to share how satisfied we were with the job that was done.
