I had a wonderful experience with my first house cleaning appointment with APS Home Cleaning Services! As soon as they got to my home, they provided me with a rundown of what was included in the home cleaning service option that I’d selected; they made sure to answer any questions that I had in depth. They were friendly, courteous and kind to me and each of the members of my family.

The cleaning process went exactly the way it was described to me. The team was attentive and meticulous. Even though it’s been a few hours now since the APS home cleaning service team left…I’m still finding small touches that they added, and it just blows me away. This hasn’t been my experience with some other companies in the past, usually I end up finding things that were missed - that was NOT the case with this company. APS surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely call on them again for my future house cleaning needs. Thank you so much!

In my 20 years of experience I have never worked with anyone who is this arrogant and do an incredibly horrible job. I had them clean one of my homes a move-out cleaning they left all the toilets unclean, touched no windows, left the fridge dirty, no switchboards or doors were cleaned. Paid them over 400$ and got absolutely ripped. When I asked them to come n do a spot cleaning the lady who came had a horrible attitude, full of arrogance, dismissed everything i said, walked out of the house while bad mouthing me.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is not how you run a business

I recently hired Patricia and her team for a deep cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed! The team was punctual, professional, and thoroughly detailed in their work. My home has never looked better, and the service was worth every penny. They even paid attention to areas I had forgotten about! It is difficult for us to find cleaners who clean to my wife and I’s standard. Patricia did such a thorough job, cleaning the things that other companies usually miss. Additionally, the price was very reasonable.

I will not tolerate lying. Patricia's price sounded reasonable and we scheduled a time for her to clean my rental property at 10am. She arrived and then called to tell me that the tenant asked her to come back at 12 noon. She also asked me to pay the full invoice. I told her that was fine with me if it was fine for tenant, but I would pay when she arrived to perform the cleaning at noon. She then told me that she was planning to start the cleaning then, which was then 10:15, but she had to by back to her office by noon. Which didn't make sense considering a deep clean is usually 4 hours. I asked for clarification: is the cleaning happening now or at noon? She told me that either way I needed to pay the invoice before she started cleaning. She kept changing her story and pressuring me to pay the invoice.
Meanwhile, my tenant messaged and told me that she had asked to come back at noon.

So she lied about the tenant asking her to come back later when she was the one who walked away. And she lied about when she was going to perform the cleaning. Meanwhile continually pressuring me to pay the invoice upfront. Every honest contractor I have worked with requests payment after the work is complete. The last time I paid up front for work, the contractor took the money and ran. I fully expect that this is what Patricia planned to do to me. Be wary and use this service at your at your own risk.

We called Patty at APS very last minute because our regular cleaning company left us hanging. We needed our outdoor space cleaned for a holiday party we were having. After I sent her pictures, she quoted me a VERY reasonable price and sent her crew out THE SAME DAY!!!! Amazing! How common is it to find that kind of customer service these days, right?!
The crew of three arrived within three hours of me giving Patty the green light. The crew did an incredible job! Our crew blew away our expectations. They not only cleaned the specific items/areas on our list....they cleaned SO much more!!! They literally cleaned floor to ceiling.
We are so impressed with the level of customer service and quality, I called Patty for three reasons:
1. To thank her for making such an effort to make this happen last minute and same day.
2. To tell her that her crew went so far above and beyond it was shocking.
3. To ask that she come give me an estimate for weekly interior cleaning so I can ditch my current housekeepers!
Oh, by the way, she's coming to meet with us on Monday .... A HOLIDAY!!!! What else can I say???? You owe it to yourself to give APS Home Cleaning Service a shot
