We were paying $110/mo. for a storage unit we wanted to get rid of so decided to insulate and finish out a small area of our attic above our kitchen. Our kitchen has always been several degrees warmer than the rest of the house but we just attributed it to the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen. Turns out, as Duct Cleaning Solutions explained to us, that there was a small strip right at the peak of our roof and above the kitchen that was not insulated at all so the air was being super-heated all the time. DCS fixed that insulation and insulated the rest of the small space above the kitchen so we now have a great little storage area that is well-insulated and clean but the temperature in our kitchen is more stable and more closely matches the rest of the house. That was totally unexpected but a very welcome surprise. Additionally, DCS were very professional, affordable, and the work wad done within just a few hours.

I just wanted to thank Scott with duct cleaning solutions. He help me with his services during a time no one else was available. He didnt hesitate to take on my call. He was friendly and polite and always responded to my emails. He thanked me for my business which is rare these days. I wish I could tell everyone to go to these guys.

I am a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Safety Professional. I am aware that the fine oak dust from floor refinishing is a potent allergen, and is a carcinogen with prolonged exposure. Because this dust was deposited throughout our system, it needed a professional cleaning that did not return the dust to the house. Dust Cleaning Solutions equipment and technique were perfectly suited for the work needed. Our system is now clean and healthy. Their attention to detail was evident during their work.

Scott and his crew showed up on time and completed cleaning our ducts in about 2 hrs. We had to reschedule a few times, but I am very happy with the job they did. Team members were professional, efficient and quiet which was awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a deep thorough cleaning of their HVAC ductwork.

I would highly suggest not using this company so their technicians are not on the road. I passed one swerving in and out of the left lane, on 17 North in Stafford Co, 5-10 mph below the speed limit, texting on his phone. VERY DANGEROUS AND AGAINST THE LAW.

The company I work for recently switched to Richmond Refrigeration and I have been so pleased with the service we have received from them! They are super responsive and actually fix things right the first time unlike the company we were using before. Most recently we had a power outage in my store in Northern VA for 45 minutes at 4pm on a Friday. I called them to come inspect the system to make sure it was up and running appropriately after the power outage and they were there within an hour and thoroughly inspected the system even though it was now 530 on Friday. They are a great company to work with!!! They don't cut corners and they get things done right the first time! Their honestly and work ethic is refreshing!

Your driver is a hazard to the road! He pulled out in front of me causing me to slam on the brakes to drive 15 miles under the speed limit and then at the light at 522 and route 6 he used the turning lane to pass 7 cars to run the red light.

The technicians arrived quick and he was competent.
In my experience with other companies tech were fiddling around spending time on the phone asking another person for help which end up getting charged to us.
Not the case with these guys. I highly recommend them. Great folks. From service request to scheduling to repair to billing, everything was professionally executed.

This review is on how they drive trying to take somebody’s bumper off because they’re going to speed limit . I wouldn’t recommend the service if this is the way they are .

You need to hire someone that knows how to drive. I was in a short merging lane and they sped up almost causing an accident and had the nerve to honk at me when they had room to change lanes. This could have caused a bad accident on the freeway because of your company’s negligence. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
