HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..... DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I’ve worked with this company in the past and had a great experience, which is why I reached out to them again this year after our pool construction required removing part of our fence.

Before the work started, I clearly communicated that most of the existing boards were already on site and would be reused. When the crew arrived, they mentioned they needed a few additional boards, and I agreed to pay for those without any issue.

However, after the job was completed, I was surprised to see a charge for 100 ft of fence wire, even though only about 5 ft was actually used. This was never discussed or approved beforehand. Had this been communicated, I would have declined the wire and gone with an alternative solution using boards.

I even offered for them to take back the unused wire (since it was not needed for my project) and adjust the cost accordingly, but the owner stated they would still charge for the full 100 ft, despite only a small portion being installed.

Additionally, there were inconsistencies in communication:

* I was told materials required a long trip to Ashland, but the invoice suggests they were just went 10 mins from the house
* The crew initially said they had to travel 40 mins to the warehouse and 40 mins back to bring forgotten tools, and I offered my own tools to build the fence. When mentioned to Andy he was arguing and saying they would have bought them at near hardware store and not even thanked for the tools.

The crew also loaded the 100ft wire on to theor truck even though they charged me for the entire wire and not giving me proce reduction. Why are they loading and billing the customer full charge if they intend to not reduce the price.

Do not go with this business.

I contacted this company to install a new fence for my yard and not only did the estimator not show up at scheduled time (had to reschedule) but I Never received a quote after being promised one the next day.

Competitive rates. Workmanship..OK. Cannot recommend them to others. They never hauled the demo debris away after 7 attempts to contact them. Do not pay them until the job is 100% completed. They didn't even bother to return any calls, texts and voicemails. BUYER BEWARE.

Andy and crew are very diligent and efficient. I needed to change my double gate size last minute and they removed and reset the posts without hesitation. Top of the line service, top of the line work.

Original fence installation was poor quality - the posts were not aligned, the caps weren't even attached and would blow off in a breeze, and they moved some old posts to install the new ones and left jagged remains. Most importantly, the gate showed signs of loosening after only a few months as the screws began coming out. I couldn't tighten them because they would no longer grip; something had broken inside or not been attached correctly. As a result, the gate fell off completely when some landscapers were too rough with it. Premier Fence charged me a "small fee" of $250 to repair what certainly appears to have been shoddy construction - but only after being a no-call no-show on the day they were supposed to do it. This is after having to come back out to finish the original job in the first place. I can only hope the construction holds this time.
