David Speight was our technician yesterday, and he did an excellent job. He not only fixed the low voltage fuse which had stopped our unit from providing heat, he also offered suggestions for ways to help our system have a longer life. We had an overdue maintenance visit due on another system, and he took care of that while he was here. He documented everything and sent us an email with photos. We give him 5 starts as a technician.

Drain specialist Donovan was great. Cleared a blockage we had been told would require digging up. Handled every concern with professionalism and empathy. Not cheap but ended up saving us thousands in the long run. Worth every penny!

Highly recommended first off. They were the follow-up second opinion after a lackluster technician from another company left me uneasy about outlay of expense to replace my waterheater. Richard was super professional and prioritized the job, which was much appreciated, with a recent newborn family situation. He was super knowledgeable, clear and upfront about cost options, and did great work fixing the problem! Coworker Brendan came to assist on his day-off—> big shoutout! Thank you both for setting the bar high for customer service. Will be my go-to in the future.

Max Thompson was excellent. He took the time to explaine everything that was going on with our current HVAC system and how this new system will improve the air flow. Even though they had to make a second trip to swap out the air handler because of a warehouse error, everything went smooth. I couldn't be more pleased. I give Max and F. H. Furr a thumbs up.

My experience was excellent! David was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He did an outstanding job diagnosing the problems with my HVAC system and his explanations were clear and thorough. He found some problems that I would never have otherwise been aware of so I'm glad he took the time to check everything. I liked that he created a detailed list of all my repair options and explained each one in enough detail for my layman's understanding. Overall I felt like he went above and beyond. I had two services today. One for my plumbing issue. The technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why. He also found the problem told me what he would need to do to fix it and the cost. The other technicians were here for my HVAC issue. They were very pleasant young men. They found the problem told me what needed to happen to fix it. They were patient and kind when they saw that I was upset about the news I received. They gave me the time I needed to get myself together and we scheduled a time to come back to go over next steps. Overall my experience was great.

Lucas came over to do a check on my older aquatherm unit as I wasnt getting the heat I was hoping for. He was courteous, clean and explained everything thoroughly. He reviewed the existing system, and we reviewed some of the options moving forward. At no point was there any pushy sales push, and he politely answered all the followup questions I had.

Mark Graham conducted a plumbing inspection for us today. Such a pleasant experience. Mark is very knowledgeable about how plumbing works around a house. He made suggestions to make our life easier, for products that can help us; but I did not feel any pressure to buy. 5 star experience!

My technician David Speight was amazing.

He went above and beyond to help get my HVAC system fixed and when we realized that it would make more sense to replace it, he didn’t just push me off to the sales team (which didn’t have an appointment available). Instead he called the management directly and facilitated a same day replacement.

I can’t recommend him enough

I’ve had F.H Furr come out twice to my house now. Jimmy came out to our house and installed some ceiling fan boxes and ran power to them. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. David came out to inspect our hvac unit and he was very thorough with his inspection and was very helpful! I highly recommended F.H Furr for all of your household needs and will continue to use them in the future.

Mark Graham was our tech to help basically reinstall the garbage disposal we installed ourselves but had resulted in a steady leak. The patience this man exercised was other worldly. It was affirming to learn that we hadn't installed anything incorrectly, but he had to switch out some parts he had on hand to secure it properly. He did a great job and did so with calm and composure.

First, I can only imagine how busy you all are during this holiday time when customers are expecting company, and every call seems like an emergency to us all. Donovan came in and calmly assessed the situation. He was informative re: the possible causes for my bathroom plumbing issues. He was extremely thorough as he utilized the equipment needed to determine the cause, which was a blockage in the pipes, and completely repaired the problem. David was great! He did a excellent job very detailed inspection of my system. The only problem that I had is waiting for a technician to come. I was told a technician would be at my house the day before he came. That technician came with no tools. Then I was told that a technician would be there the next morning, it was late afternoon before someone came. The service was free with my membership.

​Malcom came by today to do ​the ​a​annual plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining each part of the inspection! During the inspection, we discussed the relocation of the water heater (it's in currently in a not so ideal location that's causing issues). He called Austin, an electrician that is also with FH Furr, to come by and give his additional thoughts and estimates on the project. Austin was also great at being thorough and explaining every piece of the project. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr and am happy I choose them!
