We called on a Sunday for an emergency call and Mission had someone out in less than an hour. Ross was great. In addition to being prompt and professional, he was friendly and personable, and included our kids in conversation too. He explained everything he was doing in a kind and inclusive manner. Today’s interaction has made us Mission regulars for all of our HVAC needs!

He helped familiarize me with our new system and went above and beyond the scope of service to show me how to use our propane fireplace too. Mission Air's response time was amazing. I called around 8am, and they were able to schedule my appointment at 10:30am, simply beyond what I was prepared for. The tech Dan texted me right away to confirm it. Not only it was a great response time, it was a great service experience as well. Dan was very knowledgeable and experienced. All taken care of. Very nice pleasant friendly staff, everything works great!! The staff was professional, very efficient, blended into the family naturally while here making sure gate was closed etc.. We met the owner as part of our church family helping us move in to our new home and after getting to talking to him decided that he was the right person for the job.The new unit works great is move efficiency and looks great. Came for a diagnostic on a dehumidifier that had been installed by another company and was not working. Was able to identify the problem and fix it in less than an hour - and even provided pictures to see if I could get some money back from the other company.

Dan is awesome and efficient. He is friendly and personable.

We had our a/c and heating units replaced at the same time. Technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the systems and made sure everything was running smoothly and all cleaned up before they left. Pricing was fair, products were reputable brand with great reviews. Will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service and products at fair, reasonable pricing.

Luke and his team did an excellent job installing our new heat pump system. They were personable, professional and sweet to our dog. Mission Air has been great to work with!

Tech was professional and very pleasant. He was quick and replaced the 45-5 capacitor. I was not happy that I was charged over $200 for a common $20 part (the capacitor). But the system is working fine now and you satisfied my need for the timely service. I did not complain to the tech because of that.

Mission Air was fantastic. This heatwave had my AC saying “I Quit.” I reached out via message online at 2am and received a call around 9:30 am later that day. They were really trying to fit me in on the same day but I said no it’s not totally urgent and we set up something for the next day that met my schedule perfect. The tech was professional, made quick work of the diagnostic which in this heatwave was a reasonable price. Found the problem on the outside unit. We both went down to look at the inside unit and I discovered a vital part of the system had gotten unplugged. The part needed to fix the outside unit was on the truck and not too expensive and I was able to get everything fixed and paid for right then. Great job and I know I have a reliable back up company when my regular maintenance guy is backed up. Thank you so very much.

As always, Jonathan with Mission Air was awesome! Always courteous and very thorough when inspecting. He explains things very well and gives insights based on his experience. Would recommend him and Mission Air to anyone who asks!

They were kind and efficient. The office communicated with me about when to expect the technician. He arrived early and was honest and informative. Great experience.

As you know in this sweltering heat your AC will go on the blink and you know you can't get any repair person to come out because every body unit is out too. I called Mission Air and in three days had my AC back up and running. Jonathan was my technician and he talked me through what he was doing. OUT STANDING workmanship, OUT STANDING people person. MISSION AIR IS YOUR COMFORT GUARDIAN!

So where do I start. So ill keep it short local problem call local shops. I called 4 or 5 companies yesterday for ac issue till one pull Ed the last straw and canceled due to no call no show. I called mission at 10 am told them my issue and immediately without hesitation put me in the loop for a diag set for 7 pm with hopes of 3 or 4 pm . I took the deal. Dang good deal! Jonathan texted me saying he was on his way at about 3ish. Shows up and heads straight to the issue ac area within no more than 5 mins bam issue found and a fix is in the works. I am very pleased to right this review for mission and Jonathan being the face for mission on a job well executed in a timely manner. Big dog hvac companies could learn a thing or two from you all. Good job. Oh and the pricing is extremely friendly to the wallet.

Needed emergency service, called a couple other companies and either had to wait for a call back or the soonest estimated time was the following week. Couldn’t wait that long with this heat and couldn’t sit on my hands waiting for a call back. Called Mission in the morning, guy was there that afternoon, earlier than the estimated time frame. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. I was very satisfied with the service and energy provided by the technician that came to our home. Will definitely be using for any future needs.
