Reviews of local pros in Bumpass, Virginia

Hired local landscapers to repair and reshape my shoreline and reuse existing rip rap and they exceeded my idea of what they could do. From site survey to a well written contract, video explaining what they proposed to scheduling and completion they were exceptional. The work crew did fantastic work and were detailed in their method for reshaping my shoreline - true professionals and it shows daily work ethic. I would highly recommend Local Landscapers.

Our lawn folks have once again performed above and beyond expectation. Especially Chris a.k.a. Peg and also Ryan .They always take care of us. We’ve used Local Landscapers for 10+ years now and have not been disappointed. Keep up the great work. Paul

I highly recommend Local Landscapers for your hardscaping needs. My results were beyond my expectations, and I am a demanding customer. Shane walked through my vision for the 5 project outcomes, with a focus on truly understanding my desires. He offered ideas and was very collaborative. Thomas and Joshua were the primary team to implement the projects. I was amazed at how thoughtful - like how to protect my lawn/ driveway - and innovative they were. Example: we had a stone retainer wall put in, and this team were very picky on which stone went where and how it would be oriented. The outcome, for the entire project, was top notch! Don’t hesitate…trust Local Landscapers to bring your vision to life!!

I can’t express how amazed I am with the quality of work Local Landscapers did on my property. They repurposed 60 tons of boulder from my foundation to build a fire pit, retaining wall and shoreline rock wall. Shane, Stephen and their crew were so great to work with. I highly recommend Local Landscapers. Thank you so much for transforming my property.

Chaz and his team did a great job restoring our lake front. There was a severe 10' drop off to the lake that they fixed. And since we didn't want the industrial look of rip rap, they suggested using River Rock. So pleased with the work.
Update: We had Chaz and his team come back and add a 45' beach to our lakefront. Excellent job as always. Great work by Shane and his team.

Update: Hired Local-Landscapers to control weeds along the shoreline. Great work by Andy on this control.

We recently had a landscaping project completed by Local Landscapers (boulder wall, plants and mulch on the front of the house, mulch bed and tree trim, installation of a tree, and plants and mulch around the mailbox), and their work was outstanding. Shane worked with us to produce a beautiful design and showed great knowledge and patience as we considered various options. The crew members were friendly and helpful and explained the process each step of the way. Stephen did a great job overseeing the project and sent updates and pictures each day. He also provided detailed watering instructions and follow up. Overall, we had a great experience with Local Landscapers and are thrilled with the outcome. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

Local Landscapers came out and refurbished our beach. Chaz came out quickly to evaluate the job, and within a few days, had us scheduled for completion! Noah and Kirby were out to do the work, did an amazing job despite the hot, humid weather. They are both very professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciate their expertise! We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and recommend them to others. Fantastic work! Ron & Cathy

Local Landscapers did an amazing job with our back yard and new fire pit. Shane, Stephen, and the crew of Johnathan, Devante, Daniel, and Kirby were true professionals. They were there everyday for the duration of the project. The veneer work on the fireplace was spectacular! Local Landscapers is the best choice for a project like this.

I wish to send Kudos to Local Landscappers LLC Stone Mason Daniel. He is a true professional and we are very pleased with his work on our front steps. When we bought our house, the builder’s sub contractor created the aesthetic look for the sale but was not too concerned with the new owner’s safety. The front step flagstone looked great but the overhang was way too much. There was literally not enough support and the first step kept having mortar joints cracking and was wobbly. Daniel took apart the front steps and showed what was done and what wasn’t. He then proceeded to remove the old concrete and clean and prepare the surfaces. It looked like the original contractor did a minimalist job. The time and care that Daniel has done on our steps shows his professionalism and dedication to his craft. Thank you Local Landscaping LLC for this Craftsman working at my house here at Lake Anna.

In absolute awe every time we look at the lights on our home! Local Landscapers did a phenomenal job getting our home ready for the holidays with these stunning, classy lights, and beautiful 6 ft lighted wreath above the garage! The wreath was a thoughtful suggestion and perfect addition to our vision for the lights!
Jonathan did an excellent job with the light install, from the spacing of the lights to ensuring the cords were not seen!
Highly recommend Local Landscapers for your Christmas lighting needs! They handled the planning, the heights, a complex roof line install, and even the timer. Beyond appreciative! Thank you so much!

they didnt return my call

Not sure if they're still in business. I've called numerous times and sent an email but no one responds. Calls go straight to voicemail.
