Reviews of local pros in Bumpass, Virginia

Our grass just started coming in and it’s looking amazing! Thank you Justin for getting out aerating and seeding done and for the cute gift box we received to help take care of our new grass!

Both Brandon and Andy have done an exceptional job caring for Sunset Shores at Lake Anna. Their attention to detail is evident not only in the quality of their work on the property but also in the way they engage with guests during their time on site. It has been a pleasure to see their professionalism reflected in both the upkeep of the grounds and their thoughtful interactions with those enjoying the home.

In the land of "Lake Time", I am happy to report that Local Landscapers have buck the trend and is an an outstanding Lake Anna company. Chaz and his crew do what most companies in the area do not do.... they work hard, they show up and they get the work done. Not only do they deliver when they say they will, there work is exceptional and professional. I cannot recommend this company more. They cleaned out, graded and planted grass in a war zone of weeds, trees and bushes. They also spruced up my deteriorating walkways to a fresh new look. I will say, they are not the cheapest landscapers in the area, (Chaz will tell you that) but they are competitive. They have a customer for life from me.

Andy put fertilizer down just before the big snow hit. You did a very careful job and blew the walks And Drivway off. He also gave Me some time for me to show him a new area that we have just developed. He gave me some suggestions and I appreciate the extra time he gave me.

Noah did a fantastic job for my parents. He was polite and respectful. The lawn looks perfect.

Brandon and Jarrett did a great job aerating and reseeding my yard. They made it look
like it was their yard they were working on. They got to all the nooks and crannies of my yard and hand spread extra grass seed in the harder to reach areas. I can only hope mother nature does as good of a job that they did!

Words can not describe the joy I have when I look around at my “ sanctuary “ that was created by Local Landscapers. Professional, courteous, hard working individuals that take Shane Heffernan’s designs and bring it to life. From Daniel and Shane completing the hardscape/fire pit and wall to Kirby and Austin patiently working with me ( changing some planting around to fit my vision) and creating a yard of beauty. TOP NOTCH COMPANY! Thank you

Another compliment for Local Landscapers. It is the most reliable lawn care company we have ever hired. Noah is friendly, polite and respectful. It is a pleasure to do business with them

Justin is meticulous with his landscaping work! Love seeing the neat lawn mower lines across the lawn. Great job.

My more than 20 year old irrigation system was in need of some much needed maintenance. After calling for a free audit of my system, Jonathan did an excellent job of finding several leaks and recommending changes to improve the watering of my grass and plants. Jonathan quickly and efficiently made all repairs and updates to my system that will improve my coverage and use less water saving me money on my county water bill.

Awesome company. Efficient in every way possible. Stephen’s crew Devante and Kirby were the hardest working men I’ve seen in years. They worked in below freezing temperatures for hours.

My Mom, just had a great experience with the Local Landsapers team for her aeration and overseed. They did an amazing job filling in the low spots and other fine work. Thank you Noah and Andy for the hard work!

Not only do we use Local Landscapers for our mowing service - which is great - but we hired them to put in a new patio and outdoor shower, and it's just gorgeous. They were prompt, professional, and just did an amazing job. We rent our home on VRBO and, as such, they needed to work around our rental schedule - which they happily did - and we had a high bar of quality, which they met. I believe the pictures speak for themselves. Can't recommend them highly enough for a project like this.

Brandon completed aeration, over seeding, and took soil samples for testing today. Arrived as scheduled , made a point to reintroduce himself since it had been a year since he was here last, even going as far to ask how the dog was doing. Brandon did an exceptional job avoiding the numerous underground obstructions I had marked including sprinklers, drain pipes and cabling. When completed, he summarized everything and left a box of extra seed and instructions on watering and leaf removal methods for the next 4 weeks to allow the new seed to germinate and begin growing. Awesome job!

I always appreciate the thorough, high-quality work that Local Landscapers has done for me over many years. The latest project involved removing vines from extensive old boxwood hedges in my yard and garden. Justin not only did an excellent job pulling away the vines, but also used a string trimmer to clear around every hedge and raked up all the debris. He went well beyond what the project required. Thanks!

Jarrett and Brandon did an excellent job with aeration and over seeding. They work well together and got done quickly. We got some good pointers about care and waiting a bit before blowing seeds off pavers.

Thank you, Brandon, Noah, Justin, and Joseph (I hope I got everyone) for another wonderful month's work of caring for our yard! It is a work in progress, and now the fall maintenance is underway. It is a never-ending process, and you guys are doing a great job. Thanks so much! Sherry

The local landscapers crew were professional, produced high quality work. Very tidy, fast (squeezed us in months early and finished ahead schedule). Thank you to these folks finalizing our home needs

Brandon and I walked the path and he understands what we want and then did the work. It looks great. And he used the blower to clean off all the debris I had left about from weeding. He did a great job.
Next year let’s talk about additional services for gardening in addition to just mulch and mow and weed wacking for next year. If I can get Brandon-quality service, like Jason was for the stonework, I’ll be quite willing to hire some of it out.

We've had Local Landscapers for years and they provide great service. Our technician, Andy, does a great job on our lawn and can answer any questions or concerns that we might have.
