Can't say enough good things about Ryan and the folks at Sarah and Family. Ryan put in a few new outdoor outlets, replaced a degraded service line, and cleaned up a lot of old wires we didn't need anymore. He was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job.

But what really sold us on Sarah and Family is their honesty. Not only do they offer upfront pricing and free quotes, but they are far more honest than other shady electricians we've had come out before. One big name electrician tried to charge us $4,000 to replace the service drop (wire from pole to our meter). When Ryan inspected it, he told us we should definitely have it replaced, but that all we had to do was call the power company and they would come do it for free.

It's hard to find an electrician who is trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced. My family has found its electrician and we will be using Sarah and Family for all of our electrical needs in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan, the electrician who came to my home today. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind and professional. The primary issue with my circuit breaker was diagnosed quickly and fixed with remarkable efficiency. What truly impressed me was that he went above and beyond by also repairing my screen door handle – a small task that wasn't even part of the original service call.

Ryan was on time and did an excellent job replacing 5 ceiling lights in our home and replaced one outlet in the kitchen that we were concerned about.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Will happily hire them again for future work! We needed some new outlets in our garage, diagnosing a few questions on what outlets/switches worked together (was inconsistent at best, prior to Ryan addressing it all), and base lining previous work done in our garage by old owners.

Ryan was incredibly thorough when he came out initially to look over the job and to provide an accurate estimate. Scheduling was simple, and on the day of work, kept me updated on his arrival time. Once he showed up, we discussed the job and he confirmed everything - as well as checked in on me throughout the work if I had any questions. I've never had an electrician leave a job site cleaner than when they started - he cleaned up everything and more!

Ryan texted when he was on his way and he arrived when anticipated. He repaired the wiring in the places where I was having issues. He had to make a couple of holes in the walls and he patched them up so all I have to do is sand, apply another coat of spackle and paint! He put stuff back and did not leave a mess. On a scale of 1-5 I give him a 100!!!!
