We had used Sarah and Family for an electrical problem and I was very happy with Ryan. When another problem arose, I called them again. Ryan returned my message. His schedule and mine didn't mesh that week, the problem wasn't urgent, and he said his scheduler would call me the next week. I called on Monday and left a message - no response. I called the next Monday and left a message - no response. If they didn't want my business it would have been nice for someone to have told me so.

We resolved the communications problem and Ryan came and fixed our electrical problem to our complete satisfaction.

We selected Sarah & Family after receiving 4 quotes to replace an electrical box. Their quote was the lowest, yet they performed all the same services proposed by the others. Communication was prompt and reliable. Ryan Walls was extremely professional, explaining the process to us well, and performing the services as explained-efficiently and effectively. He handled all the peripheral services, too - calling the utilities to mark the lines, having someone repair the drywall and paint, lining up the inspection, etc. We were very impressed and highly recommend Sarah & Family!

Ryan of Sarah & Family Electrical Services is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue with restoring power to our detached garage very quickly. He was very proactive at showing us his company’s license and insurance credentials. Also, he was able to come out on the same day that we called to request service. I don’t know how we could be more pleased with his service.

Ryan is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He replaced 8 old led light fixtures with built in bulbs with new fixtures that we can change out the bulbs. He also replaced a backyard security light three stories up on the side of the house. The worksite was clean and tidy when he left.
