Joe and his assistant, Emmanuel, did an outstanding job with my carpets! We have an older dog who occasionally has accidents, but Joe was able to rejuvenate my carpets! Excellent team. These techs are punctual, friendly, and very thorough. They tackled a big carpet cleaning job that took several hours since I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in a long time.
