I love family businesses- Given the opportunity to use a large company vs small, I always will go with a family owned and operated company. Fast service, they fit me in on short notice and the best part is I didn’t have to pick up before hand. Oh and they even got hardened slime out of the carpet!

J&A was very easy to work with and did an excellent job cleaning a badly stained and soiled basement carpet. I never thought it would look good again, but it's now nearly like new.

The owner showed up exactly on time, got right to work, and charged a fair price. Will gladly use them again.

They showed up on time, were pleasant and courteous, and took great care to keep disruption to a minimum. They wore masks and shoe covers, and did a very thorough cleaning job on an area rug, dining room chairs, and two sets of stairs. They extracted cat hair out of that rug that I didn't even know existed despite my frequent use of a Miele vaccuum cleaner! Everything looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results. The pricing was unmatched compared to other companies and I was provided with a quote over the phone without wasting my time with an unnecessary visit just to give me the pricing. I loved supporting a small business and will be recommending them to all my friends.

After 33 years as a real estate broker and property manager, I've seen a lot of dirty carpet, as well as my share of mediocre carpet cleaning results. J&A did an amazing job on our townhouse! We have a dog who have spinal issues which means he wasn't able to take full control of his bowels. We had unpleasant dog urine streaks on our carpet after being in our home just over a year.

J&A did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Took the extra time to make sure that a deep stain in one of the bedrooms was removed before taking payment. Having four children, I never thought the carpets would look as good as they do after the cleaning. Practically looks brand new! The owner was on time, worked within the time frame provided, and received payment only after he personally walked through the home with me. Would gladly use again and highly recommend.

We just purchased a house and found the berber carpet in the basement was not cleaned at all and had stains on it. We were considering replacing the carpet, which would have been big $$$. We decided to try J&A Carpet Cleaning company based on their excellent reviews and a word of mouth recommendation. Boy and I glad we did!!! Not only were they able to clean the carpet but they got ALL of the stains out. Plus they were fast and the carpet was dry in no time after they finished. We have used J&A Carpet Cleaning two times. The first time was an extensive whole house carpet cleaning following the holidays. The carpet looked new again, and the house felt fresh and clean.
We called them several months later for an additional bedroom cleaning, and an area rug. Jose and Anna were professional and efficient. The rugs looked beautiful. They took special care to dry the carpet and area rug as much as possible before they left. I will definitely call them for all of my carpet/rug cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company.
