Reviews of local pros in Burke, Virginia

Called just before closing time for an urgent shower repair. Jorge was sent over quickly and he was very courteous and professional. I have a shower with an old school push-pull faucet that wouldn't shut off. It was swapped out with a new valve quick and all the finish work was done very well. The price was outstanding too! Great customer service, great quality, great value! Call Sanz Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

Our water heater finally decided to die on Memorial Day! Diego from Sanz plumbing came over and helped me to make sure that it was safe. He talked about a new water heater and sent me estimates. He was professional and honest. I knew it was time to replace the water heater- they came the next day and did a great job. Installed and put in new pipes with install- hauled away old unit.
I would highly recommend this company.

My water was no longer getting hot and I was worried I’d have to replace my water heater. Diego came promptly the next day and explained the possible reasons why the water was no longer getting hot. He increased the heat to see if that made a difference. If it did, he would only charge me the service fee and if it didn’t, he would price out my options, minus the service fee. Fortunately, increasing the heat worked. I am completely satisfied with Diego’s visit and explanations. He was honest and seemed trustworthy and when I have another plumbing issue or need my water heater replaced, I will be calling Diego. Thanks, Diego!

We had a leak coming out of our hot water heater and having had issues with leaks in the past in old places, I knew I wanted to take care of this now. I called Sanz because of the high rating but also because they answered their phone.

I was extremely pleased with them! Diego was able to fit me in the morning to give a diagnostic and by the afternoon, everything was fixed. What I appreciated the most was he discovered another leak than the one we found and additional problem in the making. He separated the prices based on what we called for and that additional problem as a separate thing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a businessman who doesn't aggressively insist on fixing new problems they find that aren't big problems. He laid it out for me and what he recommended but would do what I requested. No pressure, made sure I understood the issue, and what exactly needed to be done to fix it. Done and done.

I ended up getting everything done. His plumber was quick, efficient, mindful, and polite.

I can't recommend Sanz Plumbing enough! I will be going back to them in the future.

This was our first time working with Sanz Plumbing and Diego who came recommended from our contractor who remodeled our house. We only have positive things to say. We needed Sanz Plumbing to fix a burst pipe and to fix a water shut off valve. We felt like we could trust Diego completely, he took his time in explaining the problem, was prompt in his communication and Hector from his team did a great job in fixing the problem. Diego was available on the phone throughout to explain to me what was being fixed and came up with a solution that would make the shut off valve easier to access for us in the future. I will definitely be recommending Diego to my friends who have plumbing needs and will use them in the future.

I feel lucky to have found Sanz Plumbing. This amazing group is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and offer fair pricing. I highly recommend them to you and feel confident you will be so happy with the service.

Sanz was extremely responsive to our request for service even on Labor Day weekend. Their work quality is excellent and they are very knowledgeable with their skills!

We had a little gas leak in one of the pipes in the furnace room and Diego came and fixed the leak. He was efficiently and did a great job! We are very pleased with his work and will use him again in the future!

I have used Sanz Plumbing for over 10 years and I have always had a great experience. Diego ensures his customers are always satisfied with the service. I highly recommend his company.

Diego and his team assisted with some work for updating lines and installing our gas range during a renovation. They were terrific in getting the paperwork through required for them to do work in my building and also required by WSSC. The work was well done and they were easy to schedule. I would highly recommend Diego and team.

Diego and his team (Hector & Mario) were excellent and very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them! Local as well! (I'm in Fairfax/Burke).

Diego & his team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Provided updates throughout and knocked out the job in one day.

My first time to use this company, technicians were on time, and Diego answered all my questions clear. Technicians clean their work area well. I'm very satisfied and I can definitely refer them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

Excellent time working with Sanz plumbing. Their guys are on time, quick and clean. As a GC we had a very pleasant time working with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services, new builds, renovations.

Our water heater inner tank cracked after only 4 years and we needed a licensed plumber out for immediate assistance. Diego took our call around 5pm and came out personally to assess and prevent any further damage. He gave us an on the spot quote, very reasonable, and had the house squared away overnight with his team arriving first thing in the morning to replace the water heater. The crew replaced all pipes and fittings and did a fantastic job. Kind people and experts at their trade. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Look no further! 10 out of 10

My water heater was 15+ years old, full of sediment, and about to break down. I got estimates from multiple companies, but Diego gave me the best price by far and was able to get the work done promptly.

He was very responsive via text and I'm sure i annoyed him with barrage of questions about tankless and hybrid water heaters. I really appreciate his advice and patience.

The whole job took about 5 hours which is exactly what he told me. I am very satisfied with the work and highly recommend Sanz plumbing.

Early on a Saturday morning, I discovered a plumbing pipe leak under the kitchen sink. I called Sanz Plumbing, was able to schedule an appointment, and the problem was repaired by early afternoon that day. Excellent customer support, very knowledgeable technician, very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

I recently got my water heater replaced, and I must say that Diego was really helpful in whole installation process for my heater. He was respectful and treated me as if I am his family member. I will always recommend him to my friends and family. Moreover, for any plumbing projects, I will make sure that he does my job.
Thank you.
