Robert is a fantastic master plumber. In addition to being reasonably priced, especially as compared to the larger regional chain plumber services, he is personable and explains what he is doing and proactively identifies issues. For our specific copper pipe leak, he identified a couple of other problems areas in the same stretch of pipe that I didn't know to identify and fixed those before they became real problems.

If you're apprehensive about using a smaller owner/operator plumber, don't be - Robert is the guy you are looking for, and it supports a local small business in addition to costing less. We will be working with Robert for all of our plumbing needs for as long as we are in this area. Thanks Robert!

Robert is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me exactly which parts I would need to fix my trip lever tub stopper and showed me some tips and tricks on how to do it myself.

He corrected a plumbing error made by a previous contractor and I can’t imagine using anyone else in the future.

We needed a toilet fill valve replaced, a replacement washing machine shutoff valve, and a bathroom sink with flow issues. I called Robert and he came the next day, gave me a quote, and we set a time over text message. Robert prefers to be texted since he's a one-man-band operation and can't always answer the phone when he's knee deep on a job site, and as a millennial with anxiety about talking to strangers on the phone, I appreciate that. Robert's work was top notch, and his prices were very fair. He told me the more things there are to do, he can discount other work, so the toilet repair was cheaper when he was here doing other things as well, instead of just doing the one fix. I'm so happy with what he was able to do for us. He also suggested a few other improvements to make down the line, but unlike the crews from the bigger home systems repair companies you see advertised on TV, it did not feel like an up-sell at all. Just shoot him a text if and when we want to move forward with his recommendations. He's a neighbor giving an expert opinion, and I feel great that if I need more plumbing issues addressed in the future, I don't have to think about where to look. Just text Robert.

Robert did an amazing job in replacing an older model shower faucet and head. He was responsible and so professional and his prices were reasonable (got 3 estimates to compare). We were in a time crunch and he was able to fit us in with short notice and was super knowledgeable and offered suggestions and advice on what model/unit to purchase as a replacement. If I could give Robert 5 and a half stars, I would! Very knowledgeable, clearly communicated about the work, very detail oriented, adjusted to unexpected challenges, did the best work for the least cost. In fact, I'm not sure how he ended up doing more than expected while charging less than his estimate! I could not recommend his business more highly. No one wants plumbing problems, but I almost wish I had more work to give him! Truly a pleasure.

I have not received services yet from this company, however I am leaving a review because of the amount of time and energy that was taken in discussing options over the phone, helping me problem solve, all related to water filtration services, to help me avoid spending unnecessary thousands of dollars of work. He provided options for me to trial, in order to help me decide whether a whole house filtration system was worth it, and we talked for 15 minutes, and he offered for me to reach out again regarding how it is going and get his take on it, and I have not even employed him yet. Obviously if I need plumbing services, I will be going here!

I was in need of some plumbing work for an old outside faucet which was kind of complicated, as well as some indoor work and called All Service Plumbing. Robert came to our home for inspection and provided a reasonable estimate and how long it would take. From there we had excellent communications and he arrived on time with all the parts and equipment and did a really great job. Robert is great and now my go-to-person for all plumbing needs and I most definitely recommend him and his company for all plumbing work!

To put it short, Robert is an amazing plumber.
I met him when he did a water heater replacement for my mother-in-law. When we finally got our own place I had him around for all sorts of jobs.

He's given us a full plumbing inspection, drain cleaning, drain pipe replacement, installation of our new water heater (and now helped replace it again after a manufacturing defect), and a replacement and refitting of our basement sink and faucet.

All throughout he has done brilliant work, provided explanation and reasoning every step of the way, and even given additional advice about all sorts of construction and home topics (which, as a first-time home buyer, I've highly valued).

In fact, I preferred to go through our water heater manufacturer's laborious reimbursement process just to have him refit our replacement water heater, than rely on their own employees. I'd rather deal with that paperwork but know that I got him on the job.

If you want a job done right, flexibility with complicated situations, and a great price on top of it all, I couldn't recommend him any more highly.
