Reviews of local pros in Burke, Virginia

I would definitely recommend them for duct cleaning and the service was excellent. Alex took his time to explain us the process and he was very responsible. 100% recommend.

I acquired vent and dryer cleaning services through Angieslist. Ducts had not been cleaned since before the Pandemic. Alex arrived early and went to work cleaning 10 ducts, the HVAC, air returns, and dryer system. House air is so much fresher now.

Ruben did an amazing job. He was very responsive and through. Amazon cleaned air ducts and dryer vent for much lower price than big companies. I would recommend Amazon air duct cleaning to anyone around Olney and Gaithersburg area

Mike G. showed up (early, which I appreciate) to clean my dryer vent which had not been cleaned in years. He was able to get it perfectly clean even though it was blocked with years of fluff. Finished in under an hour and cleaned up after. Would recommend.

Mark from Amazon called us a half hour before arrival to give his ETA - which was at the beginning of the given time window of several hours! - arrived right on time, and tackled the nightmare job of our long-overdue dryer duct cleaning for us with cheer and efficiency. He dealt with a house full of post-flood clutter with kindness, had the work done in a half hour, explained everything clearly, & has absolutely ensured we will be back to work with Amazon Duct Cleaning again.

My first time using this Company. Found their techs to be on-time, called when they were 30 mins out. Explained the procedure they would use to remove the lint from my electric dryer. We also discussed the process that would eliminate the dust issue I have in my home. I may be using them for that service.

Amazon Air duct Cleaning team was very professional, reponsive and considerate. I hired for cleaning the vents in my house. I expressed my concerns about the smell thats in the house. They respected all of them and cleaned the vents very well and hot rid of the smell. They also did sanitization of my vents. The job was well done and they cleaned all the debris without leaving any dust. They also took pictures showed me the debris that came out of the vents. I would like to hire them again and recommend them.

Mike was great. He explained everything. Only matter that I am not sure about is the way he cleaned the Dryer Vent. Instead of blowing out the lint, he used a brush to loosen the lint within the dryer hose, then he used a vacuum to suck the lint out. In my opinion that particular service doesn't seem to be the best way to do it since the vacuum hose did not go deep enough into the dryer hose to push the lint out. Previously this was done by another company and the lint was pushed out through the outside dryer vent.

I used Amazon Air Duct cleaning to clean my HVAC vents and ducts. All in all, I believe the service was good. The gentleman that came was on time and very professional. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars is because 1. he did not provide before and after pictures or a report like I was promised and 2. he did not verify that the HVAC units were working before he left, so I needed to ask him to fix the upstairs unit when he asked for payment and I noticed it wasn't working.

Alex arrived within his window. That's big for me! He did a very thorough clean and took his time to explain the work he was doing. Greatly appreciate that I found this company. Will be recommending them to family and friends!

One superior job! Arrived on time, worked thoroughly and carefully. Waited for me while I scrubbed some air vent covers. No push to upsell other things...greatly appreciated! Though I was wary of the actual benefit of this type of cleaning, I most definitely saw excellent improvement in the house dust levels. So pleased. Very, very excellent price....

This company is the real deal. Sanchez and the gentlemen that was assisting him was polite, professional and thorough. They didn't just suck and push dust around. They took their time and made sure they checked, cleaned and cleared every vent, receiver and duct. They were at my home working the whole time for over a hour. Maybe 2. I have a 3 story townhouse and they went from room to room from top to bottom doing exactly what they promised. Didn't try to upsell me. Just gave me feedback and let me decide. Not to mention I have a 3 month old who was sleep the whole time while they worked. She didn't budge. My house feels more cleaner and not stuffy or dusty. Very affordable. I definitely highly recommend this company. Their work speaks for itself. The reviews was not lying. Fantastic job today guys. Oh and they came the same day wowzers. I keep editing the post because I keep adding to the post. The service was that good. 👌🏾

The Technician's name is Alex, he is very responsible and texted me 30 minutes before arrive. He checked and cleaned every vent to make sure the not miss any. His working manner is professional and the job quality is good. The charge is exactly the same as on the request form. I think they are recommendable. Thanks

We got our HVAC & Dryer vents cleaned by Amazon Air Duct cleaning and I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely thorough to get to each of the vents. Between the hvac and dryer cleaning, it took them 3 hours. For reference, we just moved to a new place that's a little older and I guess it hasn't been cleaned out a while (as you can see in the photos). The before and after are day and night. We are so happy with the service and would 100% recommend them to our family and friends. Bonus, the price is extremely fair.

I used them for the first time for our dryer vent cleaning and I was happy with their work and price. They made a speedy appointment, Mike came on time with a phone call prior his arrival. I’ll for sure use them again.

Mike from Amazon Air Duct Cleaning cleaned out our dryer vent that had not been cleaned out for quite some time. He was both very efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to have Mike back out to our house for any additional services. He did an excellent job.

Mike showed up on time after calling to say he was on his way. He explained everything he was going to do, showed before and after pictures, and cleaned up exactly as he found the house before he got there. In addition to the duct and vent cleaning, I added the furnace coil and blower cleaning when Mike showed me why they needed to be cleaned. There was no sales pressure involved to do the additional service. I would highly recommend Mike and Amazon Air Duct Cleaning especially since their rates are highly competitive.

The appointment was what I expected, based on the reviews, the quality of service was delivered. Alexis was very efficient, courteous and professional. Immediately, felt a difference in the air quality of the home after the air ducts were cleaned. So much so, that I had to clean the dust that settled throughout the house which made it even more exceptional. He also cleaned my dryer vent. I would use them again.

1/2023 After using the service and later realizing that the dust from the air vents ended up being on the outside surface (layers of dust piled up on surfaces seen and unseen on items packed away). It appears that the operator had a malfunction with the machine. I now realize why when he showed the pictures of the vent result...there was very little dust in the machine. I've had services in the pass and never witness so much layers of dust after having the service done. The guy was nice but the service was not what I expected. This is why I chose to re-evaluate the service months later.

Great experience. Mike (Ruben) went above and beyond in providing excellent air duct and dryer vent cleaning service. Mike explained the process, patiently answered my questions, provided before & after pictures, and performed the cleaning in detail with great care. Highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The business owner came himself and he was super professional and thorough. Our vent structure was a little bit weird and hard to reach. He spent more than a hour figuring out the way and managed to cleaned the vent very well. We really appreciate all his help. We tried to show some appreciations with extra money but he politely refused and said it was fixed price as we agreed. Definitely gonna have him again next year!

We hired Amazon Air Duct cleaning after some funky things went down with our dryer. The vents definitely needed the cleaning. Amazon Air Duct Cleaning sent out Mike and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so courteous, polite, professional, and punctual. He walked us through all the steps and did such a thorough job. I absolutely recommend them!
