I hired Amazon for dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier. It was a difficult job because the duct was hard to find in the attic, but my technician Ruben was thorough and persistent. By the time he was done, he had cleared out years' worth of hardened lint that had completely blocked the duct in multiple places. Ruben explained to me every step of the way what the issues were and how to avoid them going forward, as well as all the possible scenarios and what they would mean (e.g. if the builders hadn't connected the vent, if a bird flies through the vent flap, if the dryer check filter light comes on).

I'm writing this having just recently moved into a new house, and I've been dealing with service providers of all types (electricians, irrigation specialists, pest control, general handymen, etc.). This service was, by a wide margin, the most worthwhile and satisfying I've had at my new home to date. $149 very well spent.

Mike came on time, was very efficient, and did an excellent job. He took the time to show me how clogged the dryer vent register was, and that the particular cover I had on the outside register I should monitor 1x a month to remove lint (it has plastic flaps to keep insects out but means it can clogged time to time). Mike was incredibly meticulous in tending to every part of his labor to make sure the final result was to perfection. He showed me pictures and videos all along the way, as a status of the progress and potential concerns he had. One of these concerns actually addressed a problem we noticed long ago too, but other companies had dismissed it as "normal." With our permission, he remedied the problem and it is as if we have a brand new furnace!

Another problem he identified was with our dryer vent -- the pipe was completely dislocated! We knew there was an issue, as we had tested with our leaf blower, whether air was able to pass through to out of the house-- and it hadn't been. And now we knew why! Although, this problem wasn't a part of his work order, he attempted to help remedy this problem for us! He just went above and beyond with all he did!

Amazing service! The technicians were super friendly, fast, and thorough. They cleaned all of our air ducts and took care of a mold issue we didn’t even know was spreading. The house smells clean again and we can breathe easier. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This company uses "bait and switch" tactics. They provided me a quote and then sent a 3rd party vendor the next day for the same work at 3x the price. I called the company and asked to speak with the manager to address the issue. No manager was available nor call back as promised. This incident has been reported to BBB.

We have a very long run of vent with several elbows that tend to get blocked. I needed the best company for my dryer vent cleaning needs and found Perfect Vent Cleaning. Predatory tactics. They use the excuse of a furnace fix to aggressively sell a new furnace using scare tactics. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest. My ac was under warranty and he told me it wasnt. Told me to pay up when I called the company they told me it was under warranty and that i needed to call him back for a refund. He stopped picking up my calls.

Tim is very nice and kind professional. Heating was not working over night but Tim provided a same day service and fix the issue less than 30 mins. Price was very very very reasonable 👍

After our annual hvac maintenance check, Croppmetcalfe mentioned that part of the flue pipe was rusted, quoted me a RIDICULOUS amount to get it fix, and said that it would take days to get the part in leaving me with no heat. I called Tim & Sons for a 2nd quote. Their quote was SIGNIFICANTLY less and they came out that day to fix it. Tim was very professional and personable.
