Reviews of local pros in Burke, Virginia

Jerome was very professional and made sure my dryer vent was working perfectly before he left. I liked that he explained how often my dryer vent should be cleaned based on how much laundry we do, and he was honest about only needing it every three years. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services or cleanings. I highly recommend this air duct cleaning service and have already told my friends about it.

Jerome, Walter, and Frank were very friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. They spent several hours thoroughly working on our system, using both wet and dry fogging methods to ensure everything was sanitized. They also cleaned out the dryer vent, which turned out to be clogged with lint and even had a bird’s nest inside! They removed all the debris and took time to explain everything they found, which really helped us understand the process. The team was helpful with pricing, and while the service isn’t the cheapest, I highly recommend it to anyone in Burke who cares about maintaining their HVAC system. Getting regular air duct cleaning can definitely help avoid big repair bills in the future.

We recently had our air ducts and vents cleaned at our home in Burke. Curtis and his team were fantastic—very polite, arrived right on time, and really knew what they were doing. After the duct cleaning, we could instantly feel the difference in our home's air quality. It was clear how much dust had built up inside the ducts. Some of our vent covers had been painted shut, but they carefully removed and reinstalled them without any issues. This isn't one of those quick, cheap services; they took their time and made sure everything was done thoroughly. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Best Burke Air Duct Cleaning for anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality.

We had a fantastic experience with Best Burke Air Duct Cleaning. Santiago, the technician, came to our condo and replaced the dryer vent ducting. He took extra time to walk us through the entire process, showing us the parts and explaining why the repairs were so important. There was a lot of lint built up inside the duct, which had caused our dryer to stop heating up properly. Santiago confirmed our suspicions and explained how the blockage affected the dryer’s performance. As managers of a condo community in Burke, we have worked with many different service providers over the years. It's not common to find a team that stands out for their professionalism and attention to detail like this one. From our first call to the fast scheduling and thorough follow-up, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for anyone in need of air duct cleaning or dryer vent services. If the other technicians are anything like Santiago, you can expect top-quality work and great results.

They checked the vents first and were honest about their condition, explaining that they were not too dirty.
