Reviews of local pros in Burke, Virginia

We have worked with American Cowboy Roofing and they have been very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Very professional and efficient - beautiful transformation of needed roof & awesome work crew. Great job - very happy.

great team professional , and they did great job replaced the our roofing in a short time indeed , I really recommend them

Not the least expensive but the best quality and service I have had. Not to mention good Christians. I am very impressed by the job they performed and will be recommending them to everyone!

My roof looked worse after they replaced it. They had an inspector look at it and he said the roof was not installed correctly. We had another company look at and they said the job was not done correctly. They said they would correct it then wanted us to pay. Now no contact even though they gave us a warranty. We've had nothing but issues with this company.

I have been referring my clients to American Cowboy Roofing for years for both small roof repairs and full roof replacments. Its hard to find a roofing company to do a small roof repair. They also do roof inspections for my real estate business. They are very professioanl, honest and the inspection reports very detailed.

They did a great job on our roof. It was a complicated job requiring 5 days work. They carefully replaced damaged plywood and corrected flashing concerns. The roof looks great and the price was very fair.

We had American Cowboy Roofing do a roof maintenance on our home. They were able to do the maintenance same day as the estimate. Quick and easy. Very professional.

We did our research - meeting five different prospective contractors before settling upon American Cowboy. It was immediately apparent that Bill was the most knowledgeable and capable of the contractors we needed. The estimate was very close to the final cost. There were a few additions, but I expected them because the home had a lot of deferred maintenance. I particularly appreciated not only the company's thorough knowledge and prompt installation (they were done with a roof installation by lunchtime), but also the fact that whenever they found unexpected problems or issues, I had photos on my telephone within a matter of minutes of the discovery. I'm very particular, but there is no doubt: American Cowboy comes highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with American Cowboy Roofing. The work that they did turned out better than I hoped for. The workers were very professional and worked fast and efficiently. I would hire again and recommend to everyone.

Needed some roofing work done since we were replacing some older tiles on our roofs from a previous owner. They gave us a reasonable quote, came well prepared for the job, were polite and punctual, and completed our request to 100% satisfaction on our part. I would definitely recommend them!

American Cowboy Roofing did a full roof and gutter install and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The team was very professional and helpful, always willing to answer my questions even after the work was completed. They even came back to our home to check on the roof and gutter work to address any concerns I had after the work was finished. I have never had a company do something like that and I really appreciated their commitment and attention to detail. They were able to work with our budget and provided us with suggestions and options to fit our needs.

I would highly recommend American Cowboy Roofing to anyone who is looking for a new roof. They were always on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. They are a great company with experienced roofers.

I had a very positive experience with American Cowboy Roofing. The estimator was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They really helped me make an informed decision on what was right for my roof. They made sure I was as confident as them in all the decisions and never moved forward without my consent and understanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Honest, professional, and top quality are but a few of the attributes that come to mind when when I hired American Cowboy Roofing to install my new roof in Fairfax Station back in 2019. I've used bigger names in the past. But I'll be using this company to handle all my exterior work from now on. They truly understand the meaning of customer service!

American Cowboy roofing did such a professional job in a very quick response. Isabel was so helpful and explained everything for my roof repairs. The price was very fair and quality of work was excellent! Not too many roofing companies will do small repairs, but American Cowboy roofing is one that will! Honest, trustworthy that I highly recommend!

Cindy and here crews have taken care of several issues. Came very quickly to inspect damage from a fallen tree, gave great advice and we wound up only needing to repair one shingle. The honest advice, and kind gutter cleaning were amazing. I love that it is a woman owned business .Cindy has been doing roofs a long time and knows her craft.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Isabel and Carlos completed at my home installing a new gutter downspout extension and replacing my chimney flashing. They were both super knowledgeable, thorough, professional, honest, and really blew me away with their exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to take care of all my concerns. This is not always the experience you get with companies/contractors in this area.

Thank you American Cowboy Roofing team for a wonderful experience - I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have no idea where all of these great reviews come from. We needed to replace a sunroom roof and a young lady and man came out to inspect and we received a proposal for a fixed price.

After several delays the same two started the project. I immediately noticed they were not working but a few hours and taking extended lunches and then leaving early. They also were leaving a mess.

I called and spoke to the owner Cindy and she was horrified. She said it was her best crew and had been with her for years. The job is finished and I am also not satisfied with a shortcut they took.

The lady did almost no work - would sit in the truck w heater on. It was a fixed price but I think it was a 2 day job that took 5 days of short hours and 1 person working.

The owner provides no supervision. If you make the mistake of using them - get quotes and ask if there will be supervision.

Acclaim Home Services is extremely reliable, professional and very communicative.

It’s hard to find reliable work in NoVA, but Acclaim has done many projects for me and my friends.

Great company to work with! Professional on every level.
