Reviews of local pros in Burke, Virginia

After 33 years as a real estate broker and property manager, I've seen a lot of dirty carpet, as well as my share of mediocre carpet cleaning results. In this case, I needed my own home deep cleaned, and Jose & Anna (owners of J&A Carpet Cleaning) were referred to me by my brother-in-law who knew them. They arrived right on time, inspected the job, offered me an excellent competitive price and got to work then and there. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

J&A did an amazing job on our townhouse! We have a dog who have spinal issues which means he wasn't able to take full control of his bowels. We had unpleasant dog urine streaks on our carpet after being in our home just over a year.

Because the marks have become more and more prominent, we wanted to get these stains cleaned out before it was too late.

We're glad that after over a year of being in our townhouse, we called j&a to do a thorough carpet cleaning. We knew that the stains were not guaranteed to be removed, but we did it just early enough that the stains were gone!

Not only did they an amazing job with cleaning, their customer service was unmatched. They were so quick to respond and so professional!

We can't thank j&a enough for helping us treat and clean our carpet! We highly recommend them!!!

J&A did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Took the extra time to make sure that a deep stain in one of the bedrooms was removed before taking payment. Having four children, I never thought the carpets would look as good as they do after the cleaning. Practically looks brand new! The owner was on time, worked within the time frame provided, and received payment only after he personally walked through the home with me. Would gladly use again and highly recommend.

We just purchased a house and found the berber carpet in the basement was not cleaned at all and had stains on it. We were considering replacing the carpet, which would have been big $$$. We decided to try J&A Carpet Cleaning company based on their excellent reviews and a word of mouth recommendation. Boy and I glad we did!!! Not only were they able to clean the carpet but they got ALL of the stains out. Plus they were fast and the carpet was dry in no time after they finished. The technician and his companion were friendly, easy to work with, accommodating, and professional. I will hire them again.

5 stars for J&A Carpet Cleaning

We have used J&A Carpet Cleaning two times. The first time was an extensive whole house carpet cleaning following the holidays. The carpet looked new again, and the house felt fresh and clean.
We called them several months later for an additional bedroom cleaning, and an area rug. Jose and Anna were professional and efficient. The rugs looked beautiful. They took special care to dry the carpet and area rug as much as possible before they left. I will definitely call them for all of my carpet/rug cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you Jose and Anna of J&A Carpet Cleaning for a great end of summer carpet and mattress cleaning! You always do an amazing job and are so great to work with!! Call them!

I recommend this to anybody who needs their carpets cleaned!

Exceptional service! The team was professional and efficient. ULTIMATE CARPET CLEANING made my carpets look pristine. Will definitely call them again.

I called last minute and they were able to accommodate me. My carpet looked brand new and I got a full refund on my security deposit when I moved out of my place. Her quick response and timeliness saved us from further water damage. She was honest, forthcoming and straightforward regarding options. I highly recommend!

Thank you, Lillian! You did such an amazing job cleaning my carpet and rugs, including the detail to remove some pet stains. Showed up on time, honest, reasonably priced. One week after having my carpet cleaned, it still is looking great! This outfit is the best that I've worked with! You can't go wrong by selecting them.

Their eco-friendly products and steam cleaning technology gave my carpets a new life! Highly satisfied with the service

Amazing results. We did a couch combo and rug steam clean. I thought it's hopeless but the owner and his team had revived it. We are not yet ready to purchase a new set. So thanks so much.

American Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Burke VA is the best. Been using them since 2009. We desperately needed shirts dry cleaned for next day service for a family funeral. Not only did they deliver the shirts as promised but at no charge. They are so kind community oriented and professional. Try them you won't be disappointed.

I needed a last minute carpet cleaning service for a condo move out. They were quick to reply to my request and gave me a competitive quote. Communication was great. They arrived early asked if it was ok first and did an outstanding job on the carpets. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Fast and reliable cleaning service.

They exceeded my expectations.

I send you everything you need

Excellent communication and friendly, professional staff. Finished product is fantastic - stains removed, smells great, prompt service - highly recommended.

After the cleaning they walked me through pointing out any spots where they had difficulty removing a stain and explaining discolouration in the carpets. I would definitely use Carpet & Tile Cleaning by K. H again.
