A-Adkins Heating & Air Conditioning

Each year, we look forward to our hvac appts with Zach. Because he is so skilled and intuitive, we've gotten all of our issues fixed in 1 visit w/ rare exceptions for when we needed to order parts. He is so thoughtful. When I mentioned how difficult it was to replace the filters, he found online the size with wiggle room that would fit in non-standard openings -and only after trying to adjust the opening and ridges first. His priority is also to keep our units running reliably. What a refreshing change from the continuous attempts to exaggerate issues or push add on's as most contractors - hvac or otherwise, - have always done with us. The service this family-owned company provides is priceless because we get level quality and honesty at lower-end fees.

Have been using A-Adkins for awhile. Really like them. They do good work at a reasonable price and I haven't seen a grouchy worker in the bunch. They are always happy to answer any questions I have and explain what needs to be done and why. And they aren't rushing me to replace an old furnace/AC unit just because it's old. It still works and they are happy to keep an eye on it and service it from time to time. I highly recommend them!

They respond quickly to schedule appointments and are very polite. They clearly explain any issues or concerns and are pleasant to talk to. I feel like I'm dealing with honest people who are dedicated to their work.
