I needed a new HVAC system installed. My current system was over 13 years old and inefficient. I got estimates on HVAC products, costs and availability from multiple companies (3 who advertise on television). I let each know that I was seeking their best recommendation for my home --- H-VAC system, costs, and warranty since I was prepared to install. After 5 companies, sitting through 90 minute sales presentations, and being offered what was "adequate" for my home while priced quite "high" I decided to look at one other company. Afterall, I was being offered mainly low SEER, second tier products for a first tier price with a standard warranty and maintenance contracts. All stated the pandemic increased costs and their prices were "market price" and would be going up again very shortly. Gratefully, I didn't need an emergency replacement. I decided to look at one other company with high customer satisfaction ratings.

TC was in my house less than 30 minutes, offered a superior SEER product, by highly rated manufacturer, a 10 year industry standard warranty with financing if needed! The price was in line with the product and the manufacturer! I now have a highly efficient, virtually silent HVAC system installed in less than 6 hours and a low costs maintenance contract! On Thursday night, my HVAC stopped working. I called TC on Friday. He was prompt and professional. TC diagnosed the issue and provided me with options. He was upfront with the pros & cons of each. Given that my HVAC system was more than 16 years old, I decided to replace the entire system. On Monday morning around 9:00 AM, TC arrived with a new system. By 4:00 PM, everything was up and running smoothly. He used heavy drop cloths from the back door to the HVAC, so he would not dirty the carpet. The only evidence left behind was a shinny new air handler inside, a shinny new compressor on the outside, and cool air coming out of the vents. His work and the equipment all have warranties. Great price for his professionalism and his service.
