No follow up on repairing the problem since the tech was out. We’re going into three weeks since then!! Received a text that someone was coming last Wednesday 8/27 about a week after the tech was here to diagnose the issue and no one showed up!?!?! So I called and spoke to AHS the following day and they assured me a supervisor would be contacting me by phone that day. No call!! Where is the part and the fix?!?! You wasted my time on a day you were supposed to be at my home and no one showed!

The tech called prior to arrival with an accurate time of arrival. Upon arrival he was courteous and accomplished his tasks in a timely manner.

Decided to do a review because some things just have been unfavorable with this company. Followups apparently have not been part of their company’s policy especially for serious matters. I had an issue with a technician that took my number from the work order and utilized it off duty from his personal phone and made sexual advances towards me. I reported it to the director of HR at the time and months went by with no followup after I emailed her and left a voicemail. So since the technician has been back to my house and it put me in an uncomfortable situation and discontent with the company’s urgency and concern on the matter, I am now giving 3 stars because after I reported it again the former HR rep (who is now the VP of Operational Risk and Development) she finally reached back out to me with what I believe isnt an adequate excuse but did apologized. I expressed my discontent in the responsiveness etc. However, this isnt a light matter and it just spoke volumes to me in the sense of professionalism and behavior at the company that I unfortunately have to do business with since my HVAC is through them. We spoke about how I believe that training should be given to all employees and a sit down with that individual should be done and dont want that person ever at my house again.

There have been other technicians who does their job at the best of their abilities and I have no concerns with them. Although there are still some things technical wise I still need figured out, the effort that the other technicians have put is adequate with trying to alleviate my concerns. If I have not had these other issues as listed above, I would have rated the company 5 stars. However, in light of the weird advances from one technician and after I reported it and the person who was supposed to take charge of the situation that “they take as a serious matter” dropped the ball. Im rating this company as such. I hope the appropriate actions are taken to enhance customer service and help alleviate customer concerns within the company.
