I have used Bryants multiple times and been happy. This last experience has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. Bryants was out to powerwash my house a few weeks back. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the results for the price. Less than a week later though, I noticed plants and grass in the areas they had worked all were dying and showing signs of poisoning, most likely resulting from the cleaning solution getting on them and an inadequate or no wetting down prior to application. I reached out to Bryants to discuss and they initially emailed me back asking for photos of the issue, which I provided. I was told I would hear from them, and despite my follow ups, never have. I understand mistakes may be made, but the lack of follow up or accountability is unacceptable. I won't be using or recommending Bryants again, which is unfortunate, because as I said, the work itself was satisfactory.

The tech was very experienced and knowledgeable and concerned about doing a good job for us, and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service provided.

Had them come for a roof cleaning and house washing everything came out perfectly and I was very impressed with there work Justin was very professional about his work and would highly recommend his services

The tech who came to do the job was great. He did a soft wash on the North side of my house and it turned out great. Would recommend this company and I will use them for my next power washing job. Great company.

Bryant’s did a great job power washing our home previously, so it was a no brainer to call them again. Justin was efficient, well organized and answered all my questions with patience. He Soft Washed our roof, power washed our two story home, power washed our second story Composite Deck and the Nice Stamped Concrete Patio beneath the deck. He also power washed our front porch and stairs and the Stamped Concrete sidewalk. Our home looks fantastic. The Roof looks brand new and our house is bright white again! Bryant’s Powerwashing did a fantastic job power washing our house. It’s so clean, the siding looks brand new. The cost was very reasonable too. This is the 2nd time we have used them since 2021. We’ll use them again if needed!

They cleaned the out side of the house very well. I do not like the scheduling system. They put you on a list and call you the day before--need a little more advance notice. Did not clean the ceiling of my covered deck nor did they let me know it was needed.Their truck has a watertank which they continued to fill after the job was complete. Tech was very polite.

I had a terrible experience with Bryant’s Power Washing. I hired them to clean my home’s exterior and driveway, but the results were beyond disappointing. First, they showed up over an hour late without any apology or explanation. The crew seemed unprepared and didn’t even have all the equipment they needed, which made the process drag on for hours.
When they finally got to work, the job was sloppy. They missed huge sections of my siding, and the driveway still had visible dirt and grime in several spots. Worse, they used such high pressure on my deck that it damaged the wood, leaving noticeable scratches and splintering. I pointed this out, but the team was dismissive and said it “wasn’t their fault.”
To top it off, their pricing was unclear from the start, and they tried to charge me extra for “unexpected complications” that they never mentioned during the initial quote. Customer service was nonexistent when I called to complain, no one followed up, and I was left with a subpar job and a damaged deck. Save your money and go with a more professional company. Bryant’s Power Washing is a complete letdown.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how pleased I am with the service provided by the Arctic Sun technician. He saved me literally thousands of dollars on my AC system. Just earlier yesterday morning a representative from Snell gave me the terrible news that my entire heat pump system would have to be replaced — no alternative. And it would cost at least $10,000 to $15,000. Furthermore I would also be without AC for a very long time due to getting shipments of equipment.

So I called Arctic Sun yesterday morning because they had acquired the business of my original installer. They got a technician (Sam I believe) out to my house in the afternoon and within minutes he had diagnosed my problem and had my AC running. Then before leaving he did a complete power wash of my outdoor compressor unit. The entire cost was just under $400!

Last night my wife and I slept comfortably in a cool bedroom, unlike the one which was 88 degrees the night before.

Artic Sun technicians installed insulation around our new heating unit and now it is so quiet. They did a great job and left the area spotless. Highly recommend!

Frank renewed my faith in technicians. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and understanding of my situation. He worked a plan out that was fair to both of us. Repair was done and relationship restored and will continue to use them for my Heating/Cooling future needs. Recommended!

We have subscribed to Arctic Sun for years and have never been disappointed with scheduled service. Today was our first off schedule visit as we had apparent condensate leak under A/C unit. Billy was out in short order, diagnosed the problem as a drainage pipe issue (knocked out of kilter by recent new washer installation). Billy adjusted things and then checked alternative possibilities, all negative. Top notch service!!

We were assisted by Billy today. As always with Arctic Sun, he was professional, timely, and helpful, providing clear explanations of the work he was performing and the state of our HVAC. Arctic Sun provides excellent routine maintenance and will spot problems before you find yourself sweltering or feezing.

Frank was quick and thorough with his service call. Although we didn’t receive the best news (not Frank or Artic Sun’s fault) we did discuss a plan of action to get our AC back to working.

Billy was awesome.
I called because our system stopped working and they were here almost immediately and got right to work. Couldn’t be happier.

New Update, 9/16, Billy fixed a problem with my Furnace,,,Thanks Billy,,,New update, 8/11/2025...My old AC System needed updating...Had James and Jacob arrive Monday morning right on time. Had to have the compressor, outside unit, AND the air handler, attic unit, replaced...Said they would have it all done by the after noon...They explained everything they were doing. They were very courteous and professional...Enjoyed talking with Jacob...Very smart and respectful young man...James, bless him, was up in that attic in that heat !!! I enjoyed talking with him also..And they were done and cleaned up before the afternoon was done, like they said....Thank You Arctic Sun !!!

UPDATE : Billy came & took excellent care of my furnace,,, Friendly & Tespectful ! TY, Billy,,,, Arctic Sun has been Da Bomb since they opened in Catlett...Wanda ALWAYS answers the phone with a GREAT upbeat greeting and it's a pleasure to talk with her...My Technician, Tyler, has been to my home before and is a pleasure to talk with...I completely trust his work and my furnace always runs much better after he's done the yearly maintenance !! Thank you Arctic Sun and will be seeing you again this year !!!

I have been a member of their service/maintenance plan for 7 years, and Sam has done most of the maintenance check ups. He is great to deal with, very knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff is also great to work with. They follow up with calls prior to the appointment a few days out and always call when the tech is on the way. It is a great company to work with all around.

Sam was wonderful! He drove 45 minutes on his day off to get the parts he needed. he was responsive, professional, and efficient and did a great job. He helpfully explained the problem and how we can prevent it in the future.
