Very happy with the service I received. I had a Kitchenaid refrigerator that wasn't cooling enough. They diagnosed and said it needed a new evaporator motor. Came back with the part a day later and repaired. Working like new again. I always look up parts online to see if I can trust the estimates I'm given and was not disappointed here. They were honest, fast and professional. Thank you!

Very professional. Always came early in the service window and we always received the call to tell us the service person was on the way. Knew exactly what was needed to repair our Subzero freezer and repair was made effectively and efficiently. Repair person was pleasant and professional.

We’ve recently had both of our refrigerators serviced by Total Appliance and I’ve appreciated their skill and efficiency. I am very happy I went with them, they did everything right. First they had a human answer the phone and were able to come out the next day! They came on time, and called before they arrived just like they said. Hanis came and was knowledgeable and professional, he was able to fix the subzero and explained everything. He also was very careful of my house and not to scratch my tile floor. He put in the time and care and I feel lucky to have had his help. He took his time and did a great job. I highly recommend him and would use him again if ever I needed him

The guys from Total Appliances Service really came through for us when our dryer's motor recently went out. They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and fair with their service and fee pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future and highly recommend them for your dryer or any appliance repair needs!

Don’t bother. Terrible communication and will waste your time, every time. Patronizing and rude. There are better options out there.

Can't say that I would like to do business with a company that says they service your area, the map says that they service your area, but the "barely English speaking" person that answered the phone says that they don't service the area. So update your service area map and stop wasting my time.
