Payam and his team did an amazing job. I got a number of quotes and service technicians to come out before I found them and I felt like I was in good hands and that I wasn't being upcharged because it was "easier" on them. They have a high level of expertise and a wonderful demeanor with how they interacted with us the entire time, helping us through an AC crisis during a terribly hot heat wave.

Mike did an excellent job! He is very kind, and knowledgeable. He kept it real with each detail with our hvac system while still making sure everything was within recommended parameters.

Very responsive, clear customer communication and reasonably priced. I checked around and their prices were significantly lower than the company that installed my original heat pump and they even beat the "friends and family" discounted price I would have received from brother-in-law who works for a competitor!

The owner answered the MANY questions I had before I got comfortable which model heat pump to choose. Also, I inquired about enhancing my heat's pump's capacity and rather than taking advantage of an opportunity to upsell me, they advised against it. A lot of HVAC companies I've worked with in the past start-off trying to upsell. The Ashburn HVAC owner Payam and the technician Mike, who installed my heat pump, have a lot of integrity and I plan on using them again for routine maintenance.

Integrity is important to me. I have used Payam’s services for 8 years now. He has always been honest and given me the best advice for my heating and cooling. When he tells me what needs to be done, I trust him. I will continue to use his services. His staff and how he leads them is what you want in a HVAC company. You won’t regret his services. Proud to know him. Every email, he responds almost immediately and solves my hvac problems within days.

I had a problem with my ac and called Ashburn hvac for service. Ac technician Payam arrived today and checked my ac system. Turns out my ac was just fine as a whole and just turned out to be a minor issue. Payam was very very thorough and very knowledgeable in explaining the issues regarding my ac. I highly recommend Payam and Ashburn Hvac with great trust. You will not go wrong in using Ashburn Hvac.

Ashburn HVAC notified me when the technician was on his way. The technician was friendly and made sure he did not track any dirt into the house by wearing shoe covers. His inspection was thorough and he walked me through everything that he did. I was very pleased with his service.

Payam is truly the best! He is honest and reliable. When my water heater started leaking I called another company for an emergency appointment. They were there 5 minutes and told me I needed a new water heater for $7,000. Called Payam and he was able to fix it for a low cost without replacing the whole thing. Just recently my AC went out on a Friday at 3 pm. He was at my house by 3:30. Being a single homeowner that has no idea what I’m doing, it’s so refreshing to having some like Payam and know I’m not getting taken advantage of. I recommend him to all my friends.

First time using this company. It had great reviews which I'm often skeptical of. The service I needed wasn't an emergency as the A/C works just fine, it was just leaking somewhere. Tech arrived on time, very helpful, nice, and answered every question I had. Work was done without a hitch. Payment was easy. After this interaction, I feel like I would call upon them again for future maintenance or issue.

We had an outstanding experience with Payam! We originally scheduled his visit to get a quote for a full HVAC and heat pump replacement, thinking our system was beyond repair. What a relief! I just moved in and my AC stopped working on July 3rd! Holiday weekend! Payam came out the same day, at the time he promised, and it running in less than a hour. Very fair price. ! Honest and explained a lot about my new system to me. I will use them again!
