I would not refer Sears Appliances to anyone and I will definitely be contacting BBB and let all my friends and military families know the service I received and my freezer is even worse than before I started this journey, if the technician would have sent the original pictures he had taken and written down that the freezer could not be repaired this would have been over in April but her I am still with out having my freezer replaced and still 2nd no show from Sears, gave a 1 star because it would not let me post otherwise BUT AN ABSOLUTE 00000

The technician was here for <15 minutes. Asked me a couple of questions and took the front touchpad off the oven. Then diagnosed the problem without checking one single thing. Nothing. Gave me a $500 estimate for replacing a board. I chose not to go with it and ordered it myself. The new board came in and I replaced it. That was NOT the issue. So now I am out the $130 dollars for a worthless and wrong diagnostic fee plus the money for the board which was NOT needed. Would not recommend at all.
