Pool company is a joke.
Firstly there was no appointment time for 4 weeks. I booked an appointment and they are now refusing to honor that.
The woman tried to tel me what is wrong with my pool WITHOUT seeing it. After sending no one to look; she tried to text me instructions and what to do. I am inexperienced with pools and so I had no idea if the information I was relay to her was accurate; yet she still decided to diagnose my issue without send out a crew.
The appointment time is now here and she refuses to send a cure. My husband is deployed. My pool is green. And no one will help me. Good luck with this company. She tried to tell me it was my pump that was the problem. But what she fails to realize is that it was this company that installed the pump and now it doesn’t work. This company will help you. But will not help trouble shoot and will not regularly maintain your pool. They will also not send out anyone to fix work that they did that has furthered the breakage problem of your pool. Beware of this bogus company.

We are going into our 4th summer with our in-ground pool. Our first summer Signature Pool opened our pool, did the bi-weekly cleaning, and completed our closing. Their service was excellent, and the owner is pleasant to work and speak with. Any minor complaint was met with a follow up visit, explanation, solution, and yet another call to ensure we were satisfied. My husband has since learned how to open and maintain our pool (mostly due to the service personnel teaching him), but we still go to Signature for closing because we know it will be done right. Highly recommend their service!

Signature Pools has been a lifesaver! We are a military family that is currently stationed overseas, and we are renting out our Hampton Roads' home. Signature Pools completed the opening of the pool for our tenants. They kept in constant communication with us concerning the opening and status of the equipment. They even took before and after photos documenting their work so that we could see from afar. Signature Pools professionalism and attentiveness will make us customers for a long time!

Signature Pools is simply the best around. We were having an issue with our pump last year that other contractors either couldn't figure out or wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to fix. On top of that nearly all of them were extremely reckless with COVID-19 precautions and being in the middle of a pandemic that was no good. We got Signature Pools to come out and they instantly figured out what was up and had us up and running cheaply in no time, all while keeping safety first and foremost for us and their staff. J was extremely professional, punctual, and constantly kept us in the loop of what the status of things were. We really loved the level of customer service they provided and vowed to use them again. They just finished opening our pool for the summer, and honestly it couldn't have been easier. Once again very prompt, accommodating, and all around A+ for us. Highly recommend them if you need help with your pool.

I had a horrible experience with my pool opening from another company and tried doing it by myself miserably. I called signature pools not knowing what to do and they are booked for a while so the woman I spoke to took them time to walk me through how to clean the filter, what chemicals I needed, and what to do to finish getting my pool ready. She also explained why I had to do certain things since I clearly don’t know a lot about owning a pool still. I can’t thank this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them!

Let me say this, this company goes above and beyond. I was in a really tight spot with having guests over and a pool that clearly had water chemistry problems. The local pool shops had me continuously adding chemicals (well over 500 dollars spent) with nothing to show for it. Jessica at Signature Pools was unable to schedule a tech due to being so very busy but asked that I send her a picture along with a water chemistry report. After doing so, she sent me instructions on what to purchase and how to add it to the pool. Within 12 hours my pools was clearing up and heading in the right direction. This company is top notch and I will continue to support them moving forward. The absolute best around!

Mrs.Jessica is an Angel! This is our second year owning an inground pool. With the rising cost, many people are trying to save money in any way possible. So this year my husband and I decided to do the up keep and maintenance. We replace two pumps, the no flow switch etc. Still the water pressure was low. After calling several pool companies most only wanted to service our pool or charge ridiculously high rates to troubleshoot..Mrs.Jessica returned my call. This amazing women took me step by step and educated me on how to properly service our pool. This amazing women gave me her time. She did not try to sale me any type of service. She was there only to help. We need more amazing business people like her in this world. Signature Pools deserves 10 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank You!!

One word - AMAZING! Incredibly responsive and actually takes time to make sure I understand not only the “what” but also the “why”. I have never had such a great customer experience. They helped with my salt water cell, with my DE tank, with my variable speed pump, with cleaning, maintenance all summer and then winterizing. Now that summer is approaching they are getting my beautiful pool, ready to go all over again!

Signature Pools installed our pool 12 years ago and has provided monthly maintenance ever since. Ed and Jessica both value customer service and care about the needs of their customers. We have had very few issues with our system and those minor issues we encountered have all been handled quickly and professionally. My pool has been opened and closed each season with wonderfully efficient service members who take exceptional care of my pool and leave my pool deck spotless and clean. Very disappointed with this company.

We hired them to install a new pool liner and had a frustrating experience from start to finish. They originally told us the liner would be installed months earlier, but it ended up being delayed by four months with barely any communication. We had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, responses were vague or nonexistent. Such a headache and to have your pool sit so long turns out to be very irritating. If they just told us true date from the start we could have just used it for the months. Instead we had a million tadpoles end up in the pool and it was a mess despite wasting money continually putting chemicals in it.

On top of that, they never followed through on installing the pool light. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. They left a mess in our back yard even though they asked us where to discard materials.

This company is poorly managed and lacks basic customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool services.

I wanted and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
Service is always top notch as well!! Anytime I have a pool question these are the guys I can always call. They're extremely knowledgeable and always address your concerns even on weekends and after 5 which being a first time pool owner has helped us tremendously. I highly recommend this company if you’re wanting first class service from start to finish!!
