we had 7 different companies come out to quote us for a crawl space encapsulation ranging from 15k-40k and Crawlspace Solutions was the most reasonable and even addressed visual issues that the other companies didn’t. We had mold, no proper liner, a lot of trash, a bad girdner and so much moisture (I attached before pictures). Now it looks so beautiful, there’s no foul smell and it feels great down there. I also want to take a moment for the guys working because they were so kind, respectful and cleaned up after every day. I would recommend them

Robert is great to work with - quick to respond, always right on it, and very easy to schedule with. Many foundation repair companies take quite a while to come out for an estimate, but Robert is able to work in appointments with a pressing deadline. It is much appreciated as a Realtor! I have found his pricing to be very competitive and he is quick to get the work scheduled that needs to be done!

We Crawl Spaces was fantastic! Tristin, Joe, and the rest of the crew are true craftsmen of their trade. They sister joists, installed new jacks, and added a new vapor barrier and a dehumidifier. Hands down, some of the best guys I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Rob and his team at WeCrawlSpace were flexible with my schedule and price was amazing. Can’t beat it anywhere around the 7 cities. Their team was incredibly professional, thorough, and explained every step of the vapor barrier and treatment process clearly. They addressed all my concerns and left my crawl space completely dry and clean. They removed any and all garbage in the crawlspace and didn’t leave a spec outside or around my home. They went the extra mile and blown the crawlspace to ensure it was clean and nothing was left dirty, thanks to WECRAWLSPACE my home feels with a noticeable improvement of air quality. They replaced a couple of beams that had previous termite damage and left it like new. Using treated wood ensured it would last the life of the home.

A timely estimate was presented to us. Contract was clear. Arrived on the scheduled date. Project took longer than estimated. No increase on final bill. The whole team was thorough and respectable. They left my home and surroundings clean. The work they performed looks crisp and orderly. We would use them again if needed and confidently recommend, We Crawl, to anyone needing any work performed under their home.

We crawl spaces did an amazing job, my house had many additions, so I needed extra sump pumps and dehumidifiers, other companies were going to go off square footage and just put a single larger dehumidifier which would not work well in my crawlspace due to the additions. Excellent pricing and customer service. Robert kept me updated on just about every aspect from schedule changes due to waiting for permits as in certain cities take longer than others. Work took roughly 5 days and the full encapsulation is night and day difference. My air quality in the house has gone up since encapsulation. One thing to keep a note of, once you get the dehumidifier in the crawlspace and they lower the moisture, you will hear more noises in the house when walking due to the wood having less moisture. It's better than mold/termites/and othe issues from moisture in the crawlspace. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had We Crawl Spaces come out to do a half encapsulation and install an AprilAire dehumidifier in our crawl space, and they did an awesome job. Complete encapsulation, dehumidification, and repair to the crawl space, and it wasn't the price of a second mortgage either!

Their scope of work was well defined, met our needs, and exceeded expectations. We met with other vendors to evaluate the best proposal.
