We Crawl Spaces recently cleaned out my fallen insulation and old vapor barrier, then fully encapsulated the space with a new dehumidifier and thick plastic. Their team provided amazing customer service, was timely, and extremely professional. They also installed a new crawl space door, treated microbial growth, and protected my foundation for years to come. I’m very impressed with their work and highly recommend them!

I hired We Crawl for some foundation and severe mold issues. Robert came and evaluated my issues and I decided on his company for his honestly and the fair pricing. His team led by Tristen were here and they were professional, courteous and very informative the entire process. Tristen also fixed a plumbing problem I was unaware of which I appreciated.They did a great job in the crawl space including installing the dehumidifier. We have had issues in our crawlspace for many years. Upon my first attempt to deal with it, I called many local companies both big and small to get quotes and scopes of work. Unfortunately, I hired and trusted the wrong company over 6 years ago. They were cheaper and utilized an unproven method of dealing with crawlspace moisture issues (i.e. a Negative Air System). The system installed did not work, but the company owner shined me on for years saying that it WAS working. Meanwhile, mold continued to grow in our crawlspace posing a risk to me and my family's health. After consulting with an Industrial Hygienist, who inspected our crawl, it was determined as being so bad we had to vacate our home. To remediate and encapsulate our crawlspace, I hired Rob Zaller with We Crawl Crawlspaces. Rob is a firefighter and is as trustworthy as they come, in addition to being an expert in encapsulation. His price was not cheap, but it was less than the big companies, and he offers payment plans and financing. After hiring Rob, we had a few hiccups but he and his team handled our crawlspace remediation project with professionalism and expertise. After completion, our crawlspace was bone-dry, fully encapsulated and insulated, and the mold had been treated and removed down to the roots. Rob was also able to help me with a floor-settling issue that required minor demo, jacking and structural support installation. By the end of Rob and his team finishing, our crawlspace was called by the Industrical Hygenist one of the best he's ever seen in his time doing residential inspection and remediation. The customer service at We Crawl Spaces is stellar. Every person I’ve interacted with in Rob’s small business has been friendly, thoughtful, thorough, kind and professional, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work done.

Specifically, a long overdue but otherwise routine inspection identified extensive damage to the insulation and water barrier under the house, with evidence of prior critter activity. There was a lot to remove and replace and then steps needed to prevent any new rodents from moving in.

-Cory walked through pictures he’d taken during his inspection, explaining the significance of his findings, then discussing the pros and cons of options, including steering me away from some more expensive services not currently warranted.

-I received a clear, itemized, accurate (!) estimate of cost the same day.

-Eric, who came at a later date to perform the work, was also warm and professional. He did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning up the yard, with pictures detailing the quality work that was done under the house.

-Communication from end to end has been frequent, proactive, responsive and timely.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Robert and his team at We Crawl Spaces for encapsulating my crawlspace. The quality of work was top-notch – they take great pride in what they do.

Crew lead/foreman Tristan led the install team. He was professional and respectful of my schedule. He kept me updated daily, and ensured that work was done in a way that would not interfere with my wife and I's work-from-home schedules.

What really stood out to me was the owner Robert's personal involvement throughout the entire project. He explain every step and answered so many questions. He came by daily to ensure that work met his high standards. Robert was transparent. He identified things multiple prior (certified home) inspectors missed - or didn't bother to point out. Things that were little issues now, but would lead to bigger ones down the road. Instead of glossing over them to get to the next job, he informed me and advised me of options I had to ensure I got the most out of my investment.

Robert and his crew at We Crawl Spaces gave me a great price on the work I needed and his crew were on time everyday, let me know what was going on and kept me informed on the progress of the work. My hardwood floor hallway was buckled upwards and after replacing the damaged joists fell back in place like it should be. I had quite a few joists that needed replacing, they installed 2 sump pumps, dehumidifier, crawlspace encapsulation, lighting and installed an extra crawlspace access. His work crew were courteous and professional. I believe his crew leader was Eric and he kept me informed throughout the work day. I do not think you will find a better price on the work that you need.

Rob and his team installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space, insulated the access door and vents, and also replaced some duct work and fiberglass insulation which was just laying on the floor of the crawlspace because the original plastic duct support straps had broken, and he replaced those with metal ones. He also placed support jacks and a beam to stabilize a corner of the house where a recurrent crack kept appearing in the same place on the first floor. Rob made time on a Saturday to see what was needed, inspecting the full length and breadth of the crawlspace and taking pictures so we could see what was necessary. He had the estimate to us within a day or two. Once signed, the work began within a week. It was a full day's work, and the team were awesome and showed us photos of the work they'd completed. It looks great, and we'll enjoy the benefit of the crawlspace dehumidifier once the usual sticky Virginia summer is here! We highly recommend We Crawl Spaces if you want peace of mind relevant to your crawlspace and foundation.

Very poor customer service. The company came out to look at the work that I needed to have done and said they would send me a quote. Three weeks latter, no quote, and no one has bothered to get in touch with me concerning why.

i filed a claim with my insurance and got contacted an hour later. they were on time and were very polite.

Everyone here is extremely informative, I got some house improvements done to my home and they were affordable, polite, CLEAN, and extremely respectful towards my home.
