After careful research but also amidst our panic from an unexpected flood, we reached out to PuroClean of South Chesapeake. This was hands down the best decision we ever could have made during this stressful time. From the moment we reached out to finishing up the job, Brandon and Wes were amazing. They were both professional, knowledgeable, reliable, easy to talk to, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and had answers to our many questions.

Our indoor finished garage flooded just before Christmas. Despite the holiday, waiting for lab samples to be tested, and working around our schedules, Brandon and Wes finished the job very quickly and soon the space was back to normal. We were still able to use our space during the process as well which was helpful.

Just a few weeks later we unfortunately had another flood which affected the same indoor garage as well as our outdoor garage. We were able to get in touch with Brandon after hours (as soon as the flood occurred) and him and Wes were at our door at 8am the next morning, even bringing us coffee and donuts because our power had gone out! The second job took them even less time, completing the tasks within a day.

Although we had to deal with flooding twice and had to throw away most of our belongings in the affected areas, Brandon and Wes made the situations seem not-so-stressful. They were so empathetic and I don’t even want to imagine what our experience would’ve been like if we went with another company. This is one of the best companies to work with. I suffered a water loss due to a water heater in my condo. This company came out very quickly to my home and started the mitigation process. The company was prompt, professional, and organized. They removed the damaged house items and left no mess. Once complete, I hired them to do the reconstruction. They completed the work with my schedule in mind. My house stayed clean throughout the process due to their commitment to customers. I’m glad I had them on my side the whole way! From cleaning up the water, preserving what could be saved, and installing new floor in our home, the entire experience was very pleasant. Phenomenal company! We had water damage in three of our rooms due to aged window calking. We contacted PuroClean of South Chesapeake and the owner of the company came to our home the next day. Chuck was very respectful of our home, checked all the affected areas, walked us through the damaged areas, was extremely knowledgeable and detailed, and gave us a step-by-step plan regarding what needed to be done and why.

After hiring an industrial hygenist and a mold remediation company to help us improve our home indoor air quality, neither of them were able to bring our home to a level to pass a final inspection. I called Alden and explained our situation, which included a family memeber with chronic illness. He came out, patiently listened to our concerns, and proposed a path to resolution. After four days of Alden's team micro-cleaning our home, we had it tested again and it was off-the-chart clean! Almost ZERO microbial presence in the air or on surfaces, including mycotoxins. Alden saved our situation and allowed us to move home safely! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Alden and his team at PuroClean. Alden showed up on time, performed a very thorough inspection, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was fair and transparent, and he quickly scheduled a technician to handle the mold remediation.

The technician arrived on time as well, set up efficiently, and worked hard throughout the job. Most importantly, all of the mold was completely removed, and the work area was cleaned up afterward.

Signed up in-store to have my garage door repaired, received both verbal and written assurances that I would be contacted "in about 24 hours" Its now starting week 2 with ZERO contact.

Horrible service, pleases don't use their installation services. It's taking over 2 months to get my front door installed.

Update: they told me the best they could do was place me on a cancellation list so if someone cancels they can place me in that spot, not return my money or anything else. They want me to wait another month...............

Choose Castle Drywall; PERIOD! Paul and his team are simply amazing. In a time when most contractors are not honest, Paul gave me a professional quote, was always responsive and exercises excellent communication skills.
