Very poor customer service. The company came out to look at the work that I needed to have done and said they would send me a quote. Three weeks latter, no quote, and no one has bothered to get in touch with me concerning why.

i filed a claim with my insurance and got contacted an hour later. they were on time and were very polite.

Everyone here is extremely informative, I got some house improvements done to my home and they were affordable, polite, CLEAN, and extremely respectful towards my home.

This company is very dishonest. Wasted 2 months lying to me about my insurance claim. They claim they fired the person responsible but did nothing to fix the issue. Sent a new contractor out that constantly asked how I was going to pay him but never actually produced a contract.
—manager lied to me for 2 months, telling me they were waiting on Usaa, that they were back logged, that they were preparing a contract.
—When they finally sent a new person out the senior project manager told me they have done that to many many customers over the last couple of months
— when the Executive Business Director talked with me she said they were in damage control mode because they had lied to so many customers
--I was recommended Ameritribe on 16Sep2020 by contractor connection service. I contacted them that same day, they told me they were working on my insurance claim every week until 3Nov2020.

Everyone from Ameritribe was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I do not know what I would have done without Robert Watson, the one in charge, and am truly saddened he will no longer be on my case. He was an advocate on my case, and I could not have asked for anyone better. He and the others working on my situation, under his direction, are definitely an asset to Ameritribe!!! Robert was exceedingly kind and definitely looked out for me.

When we felt that my in-laws were not being fairly priced or receiving exceptional service for a bathroom remodel project, we immediately called Amber at Ameritribe and she put her best guys Jonathan and Vinny on the task to come out. There were there within two days I believe, rather than weeks out like other contractors have been quoting during these times.

Not only were the guys professional and listened to my in-laws wishes and wants for the remodel, they priced it fairly for the work being done, and were far more reasonable than the several other contractors who bidded the work.

They are still in production on the job and I cannot wait to see the final product of my in-laws vision brought to reality by AMERITRIBE! Thank you all!

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I was working with Max project manager In which they was suppose to start the remodel of my home in a week to find out today they pulled themselves from the job without communicating with me. This is after a month are more of preparing to start. I found this out by trying to reach out to the protect manager about some documentation I requested several times with out response . I then decided to call the office and that’s how I found out , after them placing blame on my insurance stating they was from the claim since 6/19/23 of that was the case why did the protect manager call me to make sure everything was still on schedule 6/27/23.This company is pretty dishonest and unprofessional and really need to work on better communication.
