Ameritribe has just finished a Five Month restoration on my parents home. A fallen tree caused massive damage to the property and Ameritribe has worked miracles getting my parents back in their home. Throughout this process Ameritribe has been unfailingly helpful, courteous, diligent and professional. They returned every phone call. They answered every text. They finished the project early. They made a difficult situation as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company, I am thankful for them and truly appreciate them.

Kyro Builders crew showed up right on time. All were very respectful and professional. Foreman went over job with me & answered my questions. Crew worked steady, cleaned up as job progressed. Actually very quiet crew, no shouting back & forth. The workmanship was excellent. The final clean up was very thorough. They made sure that I was happy with everything before they left.
In the middle of job the Kyro Builders representative showed up to inspect the job & went over all photos from Foreman and answered all of my questions.
Upon completion of job the AmeriTribe representative came by to inspect the job & finalize the paperwork to that point.
What could have been very stressful and overwhelming for me went very smoothly and quickly. I give all of them a rating of Ten out of Five - they all went above & beyond.

Everyone that I dealt with on their team was very professional, efficient, and conscientious. Once we agreed upon the scope of work and a time and date everything else was seamless. Ted and his painter took extra care to ensure the least amount of disruption in our office and completed their work much quicker than I expected. We have used AmeriTribe a handful of times for projects on our house. When we first bought our home, we used them to open up a wall from our kitchen into the dining room to create an open floor plan. Ted was very professional, knowledgeable and did the job within a few days. He gave advice on what would look best and kept us informed on any changes due to electric/plumbing. We loved working with him. That project gave us huge value on our home and made it a competitive sell. AmeriTribe helped fix a leak we had with our skylights and we used them again when we listed our house for sale. Repairs included flooring installation, drywall repair, wood rot repair and carpeting. I love working with AmeriTribe and feel like I can really trust their opinion. I don't feel that the pricing was high and we got exactly what we wanted with their services. Highly recommend.

Ameritribe you have exceeded my expectations beyond measures and I am very thankful for this company that took great care of me. They installed my new roof and did some drywall repairs in my house. Ameritribe was assigned to us by our homeowners insurance for mitigation services after an upstairs plumbing leak impacted both levels of our home. From the very beginning, they did a phenomenal and meticulous job with the mitigation. We were especially impressed by how respectful and careful the team was with our belongings.

Antoine led us through the mitigation process with professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure every question was answered and every concern was addressed. The consistency of having the same crew on-site each day made it much easier to trust the process and gave us peace of mind.

We were impressed with Steve's knowledge of both the work and handling of insurance claims, so we ultimately chose to stay with Ameritribe and we’re so glad we did. We can’t say enough positive things about Steve and his communication, reliability, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We had prepared ourselves for the typical contractor delays and lack of communication, but Steve exceeded our expectations with prompt, clear, and consistent updates.

Adam also continued with the restoration project and once again delivered excellent work. Steve remained attentive, guiding us through the entire claim process, and ensured everything stayed on track and communicated any barriers promptly. Like any large project, we experienced a few hiccups, but the key difference was how Steve handled them with honesty, transparency, and responsiveness.

The scope of work included the water mitigation, discovery and mitigation of asbestos, all-new flooring downstairs, a full bathroom remodel, repairs to several walls and ceilings, updated light fixtures, and a full kitchen renovation including cabinets, countertops, and a redesigned layout. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.

They were on time (actually early) and they were able to complete a MAJOR floor repair at my home that had to be done on THE SAME DAY. From the Amber to Steve, to Eric- everyone I've worked with has been extremely friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service. It’s difficult to put into words how grateful I am to have worked with Steve and the entire Ameritribe team. Unfortunately I was dealing with the trauma of a burnt down house and was initially working with an unscrupulous contractor. My gut told me something was wrong as they started framing the house. I called Ameritribe to get another opinion and a quote. Steve went to the house, taking photos of the shoddy construction and taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the framing. I knew immediately I needed to work with him.

For the next 10 months, I worked closely with Steve and the team. They did the cleaning (everything from the crawl space to removing the soot, etc), fixed the shoddy framing and they built back the rest of the house. Steve was patient as I had some trust issues from the previous contractor, always taking the time to explain next steps and go over construction step by step so I understood what was going on. What really blew me away was how ethical Steve was. Steve not only went above and beyond, but always stood by his word and did what was right by me as the customer. That doesn’t happen often and I’ll admit, I can be nitpicky and a little difficult to work with. It didn’t seem to phase Steve at all.

During construction, one of the subcontractors messed up the sink installation and incorrectly cut the countertop in the kitchen. Steve worked around the clock to get them to fix their mistake with minimal timing disruption and made sure that I wasn’t charged any additional fees.

When I say he went out of his way to do the little things, I’ll give you another example. I had a small open gap in my side porch that I planned to cover with plywood. In passing, Steve said it would be better to use a sheet of metal so it would last longer. I was already over budget and didn’t want to pay extra so I said the plywood was fine. When I came back to the house a few weeks later, he had cut a sheet of metal for me. Things like these were thoughtful and honestly, just kind. I was already going through the worst time of my life with the house fire and to encounter someone who was just a good human, was really refreshing.

I’d also like to give Amber a shout out for quickly answering my calls and emails throughout this very lengthy process. I can’t say enough good things about Steve and the entire Ameritribe team - I highly recommend them.
