I don't know about their environmental services nor will ever use them, but the drivers of their vehicles seem to have a serious case of road rage. During my drive on route 164, I encountered a driver who continuously stayed in the left lane, causing a traffic jam. Whenever someone tried to pass on the right, the driver would suddenly speed up to prevent them from overtaking. This forced other drivers to exit onto the on-ramp in order to get around him. I have submitted a video of this incident along with a complaint to the Virginia State police website, so that if any accidents occur in the future due to these drivers, there will be a record of it. A quick note to the owner. Just remember the thousands of dollars you spend on advertising on your truck works both ways. You can gain customers from it or lose customers. Today, I'm sure you lost a few.

We needed emergency support due to water damage, with concern of mold. The team of Jenkins environmental technicians came the next day. They were well prepared, efficient, polite and cleaned with the area with professionalism. The group of Joshua, Jason, Tony Smith, Tony Barnes and Sherron, arrived on a very cold day; worked like a team, with each person doing a job but well organized. If you need a job done on issues such as possible mold, this is the group and company to call. They are as good as the references we read. Thanks for such a timely and proficient job.

David cleaned my condo carpets on a short notice after my tenants moved out and he did an excellent job removing dirt and stains and restoring the fluffiness of the carpets. He was very flexible with scheduling and I was able to schedule during the weekend. He is also a very personable guy and his prices are very fair.

Terrible cleaning job and the carpet smelled musty afterwards. Tried to contact him to figure out if he needed to come back. He said he wouldn't do it again and hung up on me. Tried to call back and wouldn't answer the phone again. I now have to hire actual professionals to come clean.

We made a purchase from this man/company, the product broke down the very next day and after attempting to speak with David to make things right we have had to file a claim in civil court to recoup the $2000 spent with him. I cannot say that we would recommend someone who cannot be trusted and if there were an option to leave negative stars I certainly would have. I am sure David would not be so complacent if he was out 2000 hard earned dollars!
