We are very happy with Stacey and his crew. They are extremely hardworking. They go above and beyond what we ask of the them. I wouldn't use anyone else!

This company calls my place of work every so often. Every time they are politely told we do not need their services nor do we handle cleaning contracts for our office building. They're quite pushy and hang up if a name and number isn't provided to them for further solicitation. Today, they didn't even know who they called or where we were located!

Cant say enough good things about this company. The rep that we have to clean our property is exceptional . No words can describe the quality of work that she does.

Great staff and great service. They clean our dealership 6 days a week. They never even leave a crumb. The take great care and pride in their work and do an amazing job.

Just had the displeasure of dealing with the absolute most unhelpful, rude, miserable employee that your company possibly has. But then again, when there’s one roach, surely more are hiding. I’m not quite sure if it’s her salary or her personal life, but something needs to be done to better her quality of life. Because of her poor custoner service skills, I will never refer any of our clients to your company. The representative that you’ve chosen to answer the phone for you ar 4:58pm May 29, 2018 should be jobless. What a waste of a pay check! She really deserved no stars for that attitude, but that wasn’t an option!

Solomon Richardson cleans both of our locations (at our request). He is very attentive to supplies that are needed, things that need cleaned, etc. He has even been kind enough to come and open up my office when I left my keys at home (in NC). He is truly an asset for Vanguard Cleaning.

I wish there are more stars for me to click. From the first phone call to after the service was completed, I experienced nothing but OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. We were in a time crunch on a late Friday afternoon to find and book a company who can do a COVID -19 sanitation treatment for our spaces no later than the following Monday. Kellie was on top of her game. She walked me through the process, made me feel at ease and confident that this seemingly impossible task was easy. Indeed, it was easy. Her teammate, Vyron, was on time. He was very professional, detailed and efficient. He went above and beyond.

Everyone is kind, professional, and extremely good at what they do. We recently had to call them to do an "emergency clean" and everyone in our office was thrilled with the work that Debbie came in and completed. I hope we never need another "emergency clean" but if we do, we will certainly be calling Vanguard and requesting Debbie!!! :)

Hire Vanguard to start our janitorial contract. There cleaners I’m guessing there subcontractors did a no show in there first day. Don’t hire them regarding your janitorial needs. I called the office no one picked up right away. Didn’t get the chance to speak with Kelly the original person I spoke with that gave me a quote. Kelly told that they had a low retention rate and poor management in their office. Canceled them and hired Viro Janitorial Services and they’re amazing.

Kellie Moore in the office and Vyron the boots on the ground have both impressed me with their professionalism, punctuality, and performance several times in the last months as short notice and urgent requests to clean our workspace have come up.
With same day service in many cases and great results I always know who to call. With the integrity of their team I've got nothing but praise for them from the AP department to the schedulers, managers, and folks out in the field.

Malinda is the absolute best with making sure she provides my franchise with all of the support I need. Whether it is keeping my clients supplies fully stocked or making sure invoices and billing are always on time and accurate she always goes above and beyond!
