Kimberly or Kim did such a great job on my house. She spent so much time really really really cleaning my home. My cabinets have never looked cleaner. My house is immaculate. Kim was also such a pleasant and kind person. I would highly recommend her.

I called yesterday, after having a conversation with Sheena a supervisor and was offered a reclean opportunity but I had to decline. The person who came to clean was friendly and did a really great job in areas I couldn't reach (the main reason for the deep clean). However, my dad who suffers from dementia found it hard to be home during the clean so we did his drs appt. After the allotted 4 hrs we came back only to find the person (Dashia I belive her name was) still working on the kitchen not yet vacummed or mopped. We left and came back an hour later still not finished. She said she'd have the office call me when she was done that did not happen. I finally called and was informed she was done and I was being charged an additional $75 for the add on time. I was ok with that unitl I walked in the house to dust still on the floors and them sticky and dirty still. The bathrooms, especially my dad's bathroom he will eventually be going back into (he's newly home from a recent nursing home stay) had dirt and grime all over the shower tiles. My dad's furniture wasn't dusted properly only things moved around or rearranged to appear so. His floor and the carpet were still dusty. I wanted to cry. When I called in to complain, while trying to settle my dad in after being out in the heat all day, I was asked to send in photos instead of common courtesy. I was offered a reclean stating the discount and reclean option was good until this Friday but had to decline as my dad cannot have his drs appts time altered and having new people around sets him off. I am now having to go room by room and not only "reclean" but deep clean, especially the floors because neither myself or my dad can walk barefoot without dirty feet. The whole point of having to come up with the money and time to get this cleaning done was because I was not able to keep up with house cleaning while my dad was in and out of the hospital and then rehabs with this new dementia diagnosis. I am in tears as I write this because it was all for nothing!!!! To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I understand I was given an option of the reclean and a discount of sorts for small window of time so now nothing can really be done. But if this is how the company and employees handles delicate life situations like mine, I will definiely NOT be using the service again nor recommending to anyone I know. Trying to work, clean, around my dad is very difficult. But that is exactly what I am having to do now.

Loved walking into my clean home! For our 1800sq 3-bed 2-bath house, a deep clean was $430. It took about 5 hours total. Priscilla and Charpena did a great job!

Over the past 2 years, I’ve tried six different Hampton Roads cleaning companies, and havent been happy with any. The deeper initial cleaning seems fine, but the regular upkeep service ends up lacking. Maidpro costs a little more than the others, but what a difference in the level of cleanliness. I’m happy to pay the difference for a complete clean. The “Pros” spend more time each week and complete many more tasks as part of the regular weekly service than other local companies I’ve used. I have never had to clean anything after them, which has not been the case with any other company. We have had Joshua, Ivy, and Lindsey (there are two others we’ve had as well whose names I can’t recall…)- they have ALL been very professional and thorough. I have waited several months to post a review, and can confidently now say that I’m extremely satisfied with the service they provide and recommend you try them.

MaidPro was an absolutely amazing experience from the phone call to schedule an appointment to the lady, Melody Treadwell who came over to clean my mother in-law’s house. I have to mention, Melody was awesome in the job she did all around. I was amazed how she made everything look BRAND NEW again 🥰. She’s definitely a hard worker with professionalism and proficiency all while being personable. It was a very comfortable feeling have her in our home. Ivy and Melody were excellent. They were pleasant, thorough and worked quickly. They cleaned the entire house very well. They even clean the stainless steel appliances and stove top.
