The work done was good but the communication of pricing was completely out rages almost to appoint a price gouging very unsatisfied but I had no choice being that I'm stuck in a lease.
Was told by Heather in the office that it would be roughly around 175 bucks. Technician comes out and sets up and is like oh by the way it's $280 and was left no option. Do your research before you agree to service horrible !! Never again

We had our dryer vent and carpets cleaned. The technician, Ben called to confirm and let us know he was on the way for an on time appointment. Actually arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional and courteous. Once I got all of my initial questions answered he promptly went to work and completed the job with minimal interruption to my morning as I am working from a home office. Once he finished he cleaned up his equipment and work areas, including the neighbors yard in which some of the lint from our dryer vent had escaped to. Other than gleaming carpet and the fresh aroma I can not even tell he was here. I highly recommend Atlantic Carpet Care for any of your carpet cleaning needs or dryer vent annual cleaning. I will say that the office Manager named, Jen, is very rude and not professional. I called with simple questions and I personally didn’t have all the answers she needed because this is my first time moving out and don’t know all that was expected.

However, there was no need for her to give attitude and give the impression that we are bothering her when it’s her job 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Just wanted to let everyone know that and hopefully she treats others with more respect and can come professional to future customers.

Great experience having Atlantic Carpet Repair come to the house to stretch our carpet. The technician (his name was Ben) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. He arrived on time, explained some of the nuances of the work to me, and worked diligently the 2.5 hours he was on the job. As a result of his competence, the appearance of the carpet looks tremendously better. I would definitely hire them again and have Ben do the work any time.

Dave and his team are so good at what they do! We’ve used other tree removal companies in the past, and ONLY Dave’s Cove is worth recommending. They took good care of our yard, they removed all of the debris, they ground the stump and they leveled out where our massive Pin Oak used to be! Their prices were honest and affordable and we were so thankful they took care of us!
